Heated Pool & Patio: Tempe Retreat Near Hiking!

We just stayed here for our third trip. My daughter was an ASU student and this was the perfect house for weeklong visits with the family.Great layout, nice pool, very comfortable for my dad who is disabled. The owner is extremely responsive. This location is about 15 minutes from ASU.Sadly my kiddo graduated this weekend and this is the last time we will be in Tempe for a while - I was actually sad to say goodbye to the house. I hope another family enjoys this treasure.

Great place! The pool and outdoor space were AMAZING! House was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back! Very relaxing…didn’t want to leave!

Great stay!

My son did his first Iron Man and we chose our stay because it was like a home away from home. The comfort it provided and the ability to be able to cook meals was a plus.

Overall the house and the pool were truly great. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked at all - we had to run out and buy coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. and there definitely wouldn’t have been enough plates/silverware if it was a full house. The primary bathroom is also super strange - no door between the bedroom and bathroom and no door on the water closet. If you can get past those things then the place is great - comfortable, great pool, good shade, great communication from the host.

House was not as clean and well kept. Kitchen could use some more plate and bowls - not enough for the capacity. Owner was very responsive when I reached out. Had to contact multiple days for the pool lights and fountain to be turned on - would be nice if there were onsite controls for these items. Overall, we had a nice stay and the owner received our feedback.

Our small group was staying here for a long weekend getaway. There were pros and cons ...mostly pros to this home.Cons:*The biggest con is with the management company, Evolve. I messaged twice prior to our stay with questions and they were VERY unresponsive or extremely delayed. I finally got through via phone but the service was subpar.*Unfortunately, the outdoor tv shown in the photos was not working. The property owner was very responsive stating that maintenance couldn't come by until 48 hours later but that we could move a different tv to the outdoors - which we did. Just a hassle and our group was fortunate to have the ability to do this. Maintenance never came.Pros:*It was in a good neighborhood with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. *The property was large. Plenty of space to move about and not be on top of each other.*The pool was wonderful. I question if it was heated (which I paid for) but still enjoyable in the heat of the day.

The perfect property!! Close and conveniently located to the airport. Plenty of options for food, entertainment and shopping. AMAZING pool, and something to do for all ages. They thought of everything - highchair seat for our infant, toys/blocks to play with, the best soaking tub, bunk room, TVs and all the kitchen appliances and basics you could think of! We can’t wait to come back!

My franternity held is 87th Gramd chapter meeting in Phoenix this year. I was excited to welcome a group of my oldest friends to Phoe ix and wanted it to be a great expereince for everyone. The home was gorgeous a hor skip and a jump from the downtown and the official conference activities. Accessing the property was easy. Everything we needed was there. We felt right at home and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for a weekend with family from multiple states. Couldn’t have been happier. Everything was exactly as pictured and the pool was amazing! Very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook meals with ease and we enjoyed the game cabinet pretty much every night! We will definitely stay here again if we ever come to Phoenix again.

House was great! Looked exactly like the pictures! Kids had a blast I. The pool and neighborhood was quiet. House had everything you would need and the host was very prompt with any questions. Will defiantly stay again!

This is a excellent property that is well-kept and offers room for everyone. Seven people (2 couples, 2 older teenagers, and a friend) stayed in the house and never felt crowded. Plenty of bedrooms and gathering spaces to spread out. I definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay during our Canadian spring break. House was clean, well stocked, nice outdoor area to enjoy the sun. We paid to heat the pool and it was a nice temperature. Hope to make this an annual vacation!

Very easy and property manager was very responsive.

Everything from check-in to communicating with the property manager was really easy. The home is spacious and filled with plenty of TVs and outdoor seating. Overall, a nice place to relax.

House was great. A little too cold to swim in January but we’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The salt water pool was a hit! And many games were played at the large kitchen table. Also, loved the idea of having bunk beds for the kids - own space yet could be together.

We had our family meet for Thanksgiving holiday. Guests came in from Nebraska and Minnesota. Backyard area was nicely set up for fun in the sun and watching sports. David, the host, was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. We would stay at home again.

Great overall experience! The host is friendly and very responsive. The house is in a nice neighborhood, the house itself is excellent and matched the photos, but the best part of all is the backyard and pool! Amazing saltwater pool, perfect temp to revitalize from the hot AZ sun, and great lounging areas that easily accommodated our group of 9. 5 stars all the way.

We love this place so much this is our second visit. Spacious for a family and very reasonably priced. Backyard is gorgeous. Quick drive to ASU which is great for families visiting their college kiddos. We will be back for our next visit to Temp.
