Heated Pool + Outdoor Theater | Sleeps 16 w/ Games

If you are planning a family gathering - this is the place to stay! Our party consisted of family members from the age of 7 to 91 and there was something for EVERYONE. The game room was a huge hit and was always in use. The outdoor area was exceptional - heated pool, pool toys, outdoor screen/projector was perfect for movie nights. There was enough space for everyone to include 4 spacious bedrooms and equally spacious 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen space was ample for preparing and serving while also being open to the living room and game room allowing all to still engage with one another. The kids watched movies outdoors while the adults enjoyed the football games on the large TV in the living room. Having 2 large dining tables (one outdoors) was a definite plus. Great location and worth every penny for the memories that were made. Communication with the host was excellent. Responded very quickly and was very engagine. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how incredibly spacious the entire home felt, giving our whole group plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. Beyond the space, the cleanliness was truly five-star—everything was spotless, fresh, and perfectly maintained.What truly set this rental apart, however, was the owner's exceptional attention to detail regarding amenities and stocking. It felt less like a rental and more like walking into a friend’s perfectly prepared home. The kitchen was stocked with high-quality cooking ware and essentials, making meals a breeze. Likewise, the bathrooms were generously supplied with towels and tissue, and we never once had to worry about running out of paper towels or coffee. For entertainment, the game room was a huge hit! The kids were never bored thanks to options like basketball, pool, foosball, and various game stations, which added tremendous value for families. Having pool toys readily available was also a fantastic bonus.Every necessity, and many convenient extras, were provided, which significantly reduced our packing stress and saved us multiple trips to the store. This level of preparation made our vacation absolutely effortless and comfortable. Booked property for a family birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for everyone, great gathering spaces, comfortable beds. Owners were great at communicating before and during stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Only 10-15 min drive to downtown area. Would definitely recommend.

This house was extremely accommodating to all of my families needs. The location was perfect for all of the plans we had.

The place is awesome. The students loved it. It is located close to attractions we wanted to go to. Plenty of room, neighborhood quiet and nice.Host great! If I was going back to San Antonio this is the place I would want to stay!

Had a great time at this property with plenty to do between visits to Seaworld and downtown San Antonio. There was something for everyone that allowed us to relax during Spring Break.

We had a great time. Check-in was easy and the overall amenities were great. The home is very spacious andwell kept. Overall, a hit with all of my family. On a side note, I would bring slippers for this property as it’s mostly tile Which we loved.
