Heated Pool + NEW Luxury Hot Tub | 15 Min Beach

The location was great, really close to all major stores and pharmacy’s. Will recommend. Quite neighborhood and safe.

Chris the host was very responsive and communicated through the entire check in and out process. The house was beautiful the pool was great and the hot tube was too. A few things I didn’t like was none of the pool inflatables worked they all at holes in them well at least the ones we tried to use. After we paid our price through vrbo there was a link sent to us where we had to pay a separate accidental fee and a separate pet fee that we were unaware of and didn’t know about it until we booked and paid for the place on vrbo. Everything we wanted like restaurants and grocery stores was all with in 10 minutes from the house. Over all great house just wish things like the extra fees were built in through vrbo or told to us before booking.

The house was perfect. The hot tub was a real bonus. The pool was great. An awesome spot close to many great beaches.

The house had everything we needed: towels, toilet paper, beach towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels. The outdoor area was amazing. Lots of seating available . The fire was nice

Our stay at this location was great. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were extremely nice. The house was clean and our host Chris assisted us right away when we needed help with a couple of things. If we travel to that area again, I would definitely go back.

The family had a blast. Five adults and a toddler! They had pool toys and vests. The hot tub was wonderful. Property matched the description, close to beach. If you’re planning on going to the beach on the weekends 8am is the latest you should head over, otherwise no parking and 2 hours of traffic! But Beachin escape and Chris were 5 star all the way!! Would stay again for sure!!

Stayed with my nephew and his family. We all enjoyed the spaciousness of the property. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was hot! Neighbors were friendly. Everything was cheery and clean and exactly as photos show. We only needed to use two of the 4 bedrooms and our beds were comfy. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Chris was always quick to respond to any questions.

Loved our stay except for the pool (it was cold 73-77) and unexpected disturbance by maintenance worker who fixed the screen.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Tree Paradise. The house was very clean and our host, Gabe, was wonderful to work with. The pool was nice and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was great. Check-in was very easy. Communication was great except for Christmas Day, which is to be expected. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working and there was no solar cover for the pool. temperature was 70. The pool cleaning company did address it the next day, but it was never warm enough to use. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the house, dirty dishes in the cupboards, the floor had not been mopped in weeks the backs of doors filthy, and the corners in the bathroom bathrooms not cleaned at all. No regular spoons in the kitchen at all, limited pans for cooking. No electrical cover on the outlet behind the bed. The majority of our group left early.

This was the perfect place to stay! Chris was very responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. The room themes were so cute and as a group of moms and daughters - we loved it. There were even beach chairs at the house we could use which was great! Would highly recommend!

The pool, the very nice decorated interior was very relaxing. Was very hot but the A/C WORKED GREAT, super chilled.

Our group of 8 family members from age 3-68 enjoyed a perfect stay at this property. This place had absolutely everything we needed…from the kitchen to the pool and beach supplies. The outdoor living area was superb and we ate all of our meals on the lanai. The pool was warm and a nice size and the beaches were close. The communication from the owner was fantastic. We would all recommend this rental.

We had a family reunion with 8 adults. The house was good size and kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans to cook. Loved the Blackstone grill as well. We did come across a few issues that we had to deal with. When arriving we only found 1 beach chair and no pool noodles so since a few of us were local we were able to head home to get them so we could all enjoy the beach. Also, had a few issues with the pool. Pool deck very dirty so we borrowed hose from a neighbor to spray off and 1st day pool was warm but by day 2 it was cooling down. We dealt with all these issues with the property manager Chris and all of the issues were resolved quickly. My overall comment would be that the house definitely fit our needs and we would probably stay again.

Very clean, well equipped 4 bedromm house. Close to center of bradenton. As 4 adults, everyone had plenty of personal soace and plenty of space to gather and visit.

We had trouble getting into the home... some information wasn't clear on using the lock, but after that was remedied all was well. The owner worked with us to get the problem resolved quickly. It was a clean and orderly home with 4 nice sized bedrooms, and all were decorated perfectly. We utilized the house well, we didn't have time to use the pool or spend time outdoors, but if the time was there, we certainly would have. If you need a cute home for a stay, we definitely recommend this one. It had everything we needed!
