Nice property for a family vacation. Kayaks and paddle board provided fun activity for all. Pool is small and still a bit chilly right after Memorial Day...might have been nice to have heat available...but the lake water was a bit warmer and water clear and some of us swam in it. House itself is really nice and provided good bed layout for grandparents and 2 families of 4. Grandkids loved the bunk beds and game room. Few minor issues we needed to contact host about they were responsive, though it did take longer than we would have liked to get thermostat unlocked so we could cool it more. If opportunity for a repeat vacation to Hot Springs presents itself we would consider renting property again.

Our family of eight had a wonderful time at Sapphire Point. The heated pool was a main attraction for the grandkids. Putting green provided fun competition for everyone. My husband brought his boat and enjoyed fishing. Having a private dock made it even better. The management team was very responsive with any concerns or questions. We love Hot Springs for Spring Break and being close to everything was another plus.

This home is absolutely perfect. It has everything we need. There is a ton of space and the design and decor is beautiful. They really put thought into accommodating for their guests. The communication is very easy and the customer service is the best. We will be back.

All had a wonderful time. The property and the lake view were wonderful. We are already planning a trip for next year.

House was just as described and pictured in the photos. It was spacious, lots to do for adults and kids, clean, beds were comfortable, amazing lake views, well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms for anything needed. Host was always responsive! Def would recommend and stay again!

Our stay at this beautiful home was truly unforgettable! The house itself is stunningly designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a warm, luxurious, and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a perfect fit for our family, and our kids quickly fell in love with it—so much so that they repeatedly asked if we could buy it and make it our own! The kids were completely captivated by the pool; it was nearly impossible to get them out of it! Every morning and afternoon, they were back in the water, enjoying endless hours of fun. The game room was also a big hit, providing entertainment and activities that kept everyone engaged. It was the perfect setup for our family to enjoy quality time together while also having plenty of options to relax and play. Additionally, the layout of the house offered both communal and private spaces, giving everyone room to unwind and enjoy a little personal space when needed. The location was ideal, and the view was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create wonderful memories, and we’re already talking about planning our next visit!

Absolutely wonderful stay at this home. We did rent a pontoon boat for one of the days bc the younger guests wanted to do some tube and it's always nice to cruise the lake and look at all the beautiful scenery and homes. The private dock was great. However, there was plenty to do at the house if we hadn't rented the boat. Kayaks were fun, especially since they had the fishing pole holders. We had several in the bunch who enjoyed fishing from the kayaks as well as from the dock. The kids loved the game room! We utilized the pool. Although it was small, it was wonderful to sit and sun in the pool chairs and 4 or so of us could get in at the same time to just cook off. The putting green and the giant connect four were also fun. The back porch was nice to sit in the morning and watch the sun come up and the side sitting area with the outdoor firepit was nice in the early afternoons as it was shady. We didn't use the actual firepit but the area around it was awesome with the changing lights on the large outdoor orbs at night. The interior was clean and spacious and all the lighting and fixtures were beautiful. All 14 of us enjoyed watching the Razorbacks play on the large TV, especially since they won and there was plenty of room for all to enjoy. TY SO MUCH! Note to mgr, not a complaint: R side oven burner worked but made the center burner click. 5 other burners, no biggie, the patio grill bottom needs to be cleaned. The top grate was clean but underneath kept catching on fire.
