Stayed Jul 18, 2024The home owner was responsive. The pool and home were great for our family of 5. We were able to have a few relatives from Florida come over for dinner, that was very kind of the host. The place was pretty great, few things that they're working on but nothing major. The only 2 things that I would have liked to know before booking is that there is an attached apartment, not a big deal but it should have noted the shared door between the apartment and the house we rented because it's a little offsetting when traveling with your kids. Aside from that, the pool had an attached hose and vacuum and we didn't know how to take that off so it was in the way as it was on and moving around the pool. We've never stayed anywhere that left that in the pool although it was kept very clean. When I mentioned the hose accidentally came out when the kids were in the pool, he told me I could ask the pool guy when he went by, no mention of what time that would be and we were in Orlando for the day anyway. The next day as we're all in the pool, the pool guy came by so we had to get out for pool maintenance. It didn't take long and he was nice but we've never had anyone tell us that the pool maintenance person & pest control would just be stopping by without it being on a schedule. This is a newer listing so I'm trying to give a detailed review. Over all it was great, we found the home and amenities to be comfortable for our family during our 7 nights. We would definitely book again.
