Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Golf, Private Putting Green, Backyard Retreat!

Everything at Marks home was fantastic, the amenities were plentiful and just as described.The location was wonderful, very close to many restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Plus very convenient to accessing the interstate. We stayed for 2 weeks as we were in town for the loss of my in-laws so location was important for us. The pool gets cleaned regularly which was nice. The back yard space was huge, can't express enough what a fantastic property this is!Our only issue was after we arrived, our dog was chewing on a skittles wrapper, which wasn't ours, he had found it under the bed. When we looked there was other mess there as well. Nothing major and didn't effect our time staying at this amazing home.Mark was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

An overall fantastic experience! Mark was fabulous to work with! We had kids with us and the backyard is the best - perfect for kids and parents. House was clean and well-stocked with basics. Location is great - very close to amenities, activities and ball parks! Would come back in a heartbeat:)

SO hot out, we simply went back to the house and lounged and enjoyed the pool, patio, space. Perfect, and we appreciate the oasis and relaxing space. There were ants, but the owner responded quickly and they dissipated with spray. Not a cleanliness issue, just the nature of the area. House was clean, well stocked, comfortable and as advertised. Communication was good. Beds were comfortable, showers good. Pool and hot tub clean. Garage parking available to get the car out of the sun. Great stay. Would stay again, would recommend.

When booking, I was looking for something near the Talking Stick Amphitheatre. With only a few minutes away, I was lucky to find this home! Great price, great location, a pool, outdoor games, and more! My kids were not bored at all. Exactly what I was wanting. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need, plus some extras; I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

This was a perfect place to unwind from the upper Midwest winter. The pool was amazing! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It was a great backyard retreat that we didn’t even leave for 3 days!

The house is in an ok area and ok inside .. backyard was great with the hot tub ,BBQ, corn hole and pool (pool a little smaller than it looks in pictures) shower does take at least 3 min to heat up so you need to turn on and walk away … I will say the biggest con is the rooster that lives a few doors down… it starts very early in the morning and goes all day long so something to definitely keep in mind….. otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Lots of fun stuff to do at the house. House was updated and clean. Older neighborhood but not a bad neighborhood. I would stay there again.

This property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Property is clean, has tons for the kids to do, and had everything we needed. The week we were there in February was rather cold but with the heated pool, we were able to swim everyday and evening comfortably. If we ever go back to Phoenix, we will look to stay here again.
