Heated pool home just 19 minutes walk to Vanderbilt Beach

Nice place with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay! Great location, clean and the bed wasnt to shabby.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped house in a great location. We loved the space and comfortable beds and the pool was lovely. Near enough to the beach to cycle there on the great bikes. Highly recommend.

There is a lot to love about this house! From the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms. Our favorite feature by far is the covered private pool and outdoor seating/dining space. The bikes and beach chairs are also a nice plus, making trips to the beach a breeze. Dan is quick to respond to requests and easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed a week with my Sisters, and we could not have been more Happy with this Home! It was Super Clean, peaceful and it provided everything anyone could ever need or ask for. The Pool takes it to the next level! Highly recommended!

The pool and house were both immaculate. The property had an extremely stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, cutlery, and dish one could possibly need. Bikes with helmets, beach towels, etc. we highly recommend this property.

The host was very considerate in leaving detailed information. The property was thoughtfully furnished and stocked, and the heated pool was a real bonus.

We really liked this property. Very clean & spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Only downside was the neighbor behind has tall bamboo trees that blocked the pool/patio from getting full sun during winter months. Luckily the beach is very close! I’m sure during the summer there is plenty of sun. There were also plenty of beach chairs available. We would definitely stay here again.

Dan’s home was perfectly equipped both inside and out! The beds were all comfortable, the decor pleasant, the kitchen and amenities were perfectly functional. We really enjoyed the home and our stay! My husband kept saying “the house is perfect” each and everyday. Check-in was simple. Details about the home were accurate. We all enjoyed the house, the bikes, the pool, the grill with motion detector light (big hit with my husband!)The location of the home with respect to the beach was super convenient! Walk, bike, or drive!We do enjoy staying in the North Naples area. This home does not disappoint! Five stars easy! Don’t hesitate!Thank you so much Dan for making our stay relaxing and effortless! Loved our stay at this home. The house itself was very spacious and clean. The outdoor area was beautiful. The screened in pool to keep the bugs and debris out was much appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were enough towels and beach towels for everyone. I think the best thing about the home was the location. 3 minute drive to 2 beaches or a quick 10 minute bike ride. We even walked to the beach every morning to get our steps in!!! The grocery store and lots of shopping are close by. We look forward to returning!!!

Everything from the initial communication through the end of the trip was excellent. We love staying in the Vanderbilt Beach area, and this may be our favorite property over the years. Great location, well maintained property and a responsive owner. What else could you want?!

We spent a week at Dan’s home and had a great time! Short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, pool was amazing and use of beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes was great - made the trip all that much better! Check-in was easy and we had a wonderful time.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this property! The location was perfect, the home was spotless, and communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, making for a truly relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back!

The house was well equipped and very clean! We loved having the grill and enjoyed the pool area! We used the bikes chairs and coolers daily. Host was fantastic to work with! Proximity to beach was wonderful. We will definitely be back! Ty for a wonderful stay.

Everything went perfectly fine, I contacted the host Dan with a special request and he took care of this immediately. The property was well maintained and has everything you can possibly need,from an outdoor grill coolers, bicycles and much more. We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious and perfectly located in the Naples Park area. It's a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Quiet bake yard with a nice pool. We will stay here again when we come back.

Property was very clean and everything was as stated. Grandkids loved the pool! The bikes were a nice addition. We used them everyday to go to the beach or just ride around the neighborhood.

Clean house. All expected amenities ( pool, bikes, beach chairs, wi-fi etc ). Comminications with the host easy... Save neighborhood, short distance to the beach....

Everything was as described in the listing. Dan has great communication skills, the house was amazing and very clean. We had a great time drove up to Sanibel and got lots of beautiful shells. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The home was clean but showing signs of wear. However the kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, patio and pool were nice. All beach needs and laundry facilities were convenient. Owner is extremely responsive and available.

Girls weekend in Naples... loved the home and so close to everything... large spacious kitchen and family room, the bedrooms were a great size and the pool and patio were lovely! Great stay and wonderful host!
