Adjacent to the grand living area, you will find that a large kitchen with an oversized island, welcomes you and will be perfect to gather for your indoor meals with your family and friends. Have some adult fun or send the kids to play in the second living area, compete with full seating and a game room area! Who doesn’t love foosball complete with bohemian hanging chairs to cheer on your mates

-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
-Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 required. (2) Pet Max.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks MAY incur an additional cleaning fee.
