Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house feels new on the inside. The backyard feels like a movie set it's so clean. This house was modern but never felt cold. We enjoyed nights in as much as out on the town. I highly recommend this rental. A short stroll to the beach and to Goulds Inlet are an added bonus. It did not feel like a tourist location but more like a good friend let you stay in their home while out of town.

Super spacious and clean home with access to 2 different beaches. Absolutely loved the private pool and screened in porch with swing. One of the most memorable vacations we have ever experienced! St simons was a dream and so was this rental!

They were wonderful! Good communication for check in and out. They also responded quickly when I requested a propane tank for the grill since the one we had was empty. I was very pleased,

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend, and it was the perfect set up. We had a short walk/drive to the beach. We used public beach access as the access at the end of the street was impassable given some flooding. The pool in the back yard was just big enough for us to hang out around and the one baby in the group to enjoy floating in. The master suite is amazing with a cute sitting room attached. The upstairs suite was impeccable and cozy, with the only downside being the tight and steep stairway to get up there. Overall would recommend staying here.

The design is more beautiful than it appears in the photos, and the layout of the rooms felt open and comfortable. The two king bedrooms are huge with luxurious bathrooms. Super clean! The pool is small-ish, but plenty of room for two kids and two adults to play about. The company was responsive to a user-error issue on check-in, and was very patient! They know their stuff. Great stay. Thank you!
