A queen-size retreat, complete with its own ensuite bathroom (shower, no tub) and direct access to the back patio — slip out for a morning swim or a quiet evening dip beneath the stars.



Bedroom 3 – The Double Room

Spacious and cheerful, this room features two full-sized beds, perfect for families or friends sharing space. Bright windows and soft bedding make it a cozy hub for relaxation and connection.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, including the private pool, fire pit, patio lounge, outdoor shower and grill. The driveway accommodates up to three cars — all on one level, only one stair at the front door required for the main living areas. We’ll provide access instructions ahead of arrival and are reachable 24/7 for any questions.

Getting Around:

Arriving by car is easy, with dedicated parking for three vehicles in the driveway. For excursions, rideshare options in West Palm Beach are plentiful and quick. Beaches and downtown hotspots are just minutes away by car. If you prefer public transit, nearby bus stops connect you toward the waterfront and Palm Beach Island. With everything located on one level, the home has only one step up to the front door and is convenient for families or guests with mobility considerations.

Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet. Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.
