Heated pool | Close to IMG + 7 minutes to beach!

I loved the pool set up, the covered hot tub, very nice place all around. Would definitely stay again

We booked this property about three months in advance to accommodate a last-minute spring break trip for two families. The home appears to be a recent remodel, and while it has some appealing features, there were several significant issues that impacted our stay.The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and definitely a highlight. However, the surrounding neighboring properties were in poor condition, which affected the overall atmosphere.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was a rat infestation. We experienced two nights of very poor sleep due to a rat in the home. Although it was eventually caught, it remained alive in the trap for some time, making loud noises throughout the night. Property management later confirmed that pest issues are frequent at this property, which was very concerning and not disclosed ahead of time.In addition, there were major electrical limitations. The home could not handle running the dishwasher, dryer, and pool equipment at the same time. This caused repeated inconveniences, including the house becoming uncomfortably warm. Again, this was not communicated prior to our stay.Overall, while the property has good potential and some nice features, it is overpriced for the experience provided. The pest issue alone is a serious concern that needs a permanent solution before we could recommend this property to others.

Great location ! Close to shops and restaurants, beaches and IMG academy. Host was very quick to help with questions.

It was good. Nice and clean. I don’t feel it’s as nice as the pics make it look, but still as pictured. I would stay again and enjoyed our stay.

Communication was outstanding. Amanda responded within minutes and was incredibly accommodating. House was great for what we needed.

We stayed at the house for a few weeks in Jan-Feb. The house was clean and comfortable. We only slept in the master bedroom, and the mattress there was very comfortable. The layout of the home provides plenty of space, and I could see it being a great space for multiple couples or a large family. The house is 5 minutes from the pet friendly causeway beach, where you can rent kayaks, SUPs, and even jet skis. It is only a ten minute drive to multiple nature preserves or to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. It is also very conveniently located near multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The house does back to a commercial property on Manatee Ave, so there is some road and city noise, but that did not bother us as this is a heavily populated area and you won't be able to avoid the city noises unless you pay the extra to be on the beach. I walked the neighborhood every morning and felt is was safe and the people I met were friendly. The fenced in yard is fantastic if you are staying with a dog, and there are lots of kid friendly activities in the area. The management company is easy to work with and was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Responsive host. Master en-suite massive. A lot of exterior doors in the master suite that made me nervous but the stay was enjoyable.

We had the best time. The property fit our family of 10 so comfortably we would definitely go back.

Since it was 4th of July weekend, we did not bother the owners, it is managed by a management company, not very happy with this property, good amenities, nice pool, but we were not allowed to lower the A/C, it had a small sign by the A/C control panel letting you know not to touch to lower the A/C, very hot inside the house, also the Jacuzzi, that we went in once only, it damaged all of our 8 family members bathing suits with so much chlorine. Besides I addressed it to the person of the management company the day of my check out and all he or she said, you should of notified us. Very rude by text, and no reimbursement for our bathing suits. I have been going to Anna Maria, Bradenton, Sarasota, Long Boat Key for years and never had an issue like this.

We had a great time visiting the beaches & sites. In our down time relaxing by the pool. Place was nice & host responsive.

Lots of little issues but biggest one was website said 4 bathrooms and there are only 2. Extra bedroom outside house is useless without a bathroom. Carpets and rugs and windows were filthy!! They had no cleaning supplies so if you're staying longer than a week you need to buy all your own.No window covering on door wall off master bedroom. Was told it was one way glass but I could see clearly in the bedroom at night. Had to purchase temporary shades. bedroom

This is a great property with a great location. We didn't need for anything! Host was very responsive! I highly recommend this property and we would rent it again!
