Stayed Jun 5, 2026Great vacation stay. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location. Comfortable beds. Great pool. The little pool in the side (the pool guy called it a warming pool, but in summertime it is the same temp as the pool) was nice for the grown-ups while the kids splashed. The game room was a great perk.

Stayed May 17, 2026This place was amazing! Exactly as pictured, so there were no surprises. There were extra amenities provided, and everything was just fantastic! We had such an amazing peaceful time, spent most of our week sitting in the pool and were very grateful to have that instead of the crowded, noisy, unsafe beach (for someone with a brand new knee). It was perfect, and Exactly what we were looking for.

Stayed May 2, 2026Our family had a wonderful stay here. Pool and Hot tub were both clean and enjoyable. My teenage boys loved the billard table. The host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again if we return to Daytona.

Stayed Apr 21, 2026Extremely clean and well organized. Needs a little attention here and there, ie, back sliding door lock, stove light, trash can lid.... lol, but overall, fantastic. The manager, was awesome, kept in close contact with us, very polite and informative on things to do in the area. Definitely a keeper for the organization.....

Stayed Mar 5, 2026We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect!! Five minute drive to the beach. House had extra amenities that most hosts don’t provide. Michelle was quick to respond with all my questions. Pool area was nice!!My only recommendation is housekeeping could improve some.
