One of our cozier Savannah vacation rentals with a great location overlooking Orleans Square, is a garden level property with the same name. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom and can sleep a total of four guests. Some of the fantastic amenities include private parking, a landscaped courtyard, a king size bed in one of the bedrooms, TVs throughout the home, dishwasher, and a recently remodeled interior. The location is on the corner of West Perry and Barnard Streets and directly overlooks Orleans Square, which is one of Savannah's 22 historic squares and likely to be on your itinerary.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

    I stayed with my family of four and the room configurations were perfect! The property is in a great location! My only note would be it is extremely bright at night and we did not see any blackout curtains so I would highly recommend bringing sleep mask just to block out the street lights and because of where it’s located it can be noisy. There were garbage trucks that emptied the trash cans at 4 AM some of the mornings of our trip so if you are sensitive to noise, you may also want to bring a noise machine or have an app downloaded on your phone. Otherwise it was a great stay and we would definitely rent this property again! Also having a parking space there was fantastic. It’s very easy to get to the property from the parking space, but you would not be able to bring any type of lifted truck or SUV. I have a standard full-size SUV that fit, but anything taller than that would not fit.

    Our family of four loved this unit - super convenient to everything! We basically parked our car in the reserved spot (a huge perk in historic district!) and walked everywhere. Great hangout space for full family, well stocked kitchen, comfy linens and bedding. We definitely recommend!

    Orleans Square property was a perfect for my wife and I. Located right in the middle of Savannah it offered us 5-10min walks to any area of the city. The VRBO was clean, and comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

    Location was great and the place was very clean. The pool is located on Tybee Island which is difficult to get to unless you have a car which didn’t seem clear in the initial description but everything was as pictured and it was in walking distance to everything.

    We were able to walk everywhere and loved how central the location was to the historical district. The lighting and mirror height was a little annoying (not bright and too high in the bathroom for the shorter women in our group), but we otherwise loved this property. I would definitely book here again!FYI: Not a deal breaker, but the sidewalk around the the front door was blocked off by yellow tape due to roof repairs. We had to climb under the tape whenever we entered or exited the property. This is just something to be aware of if you have someone with mobility issues in your group. As this is a temporary issue, this may not affect future groups.

    This is a great location within walking distance of parks and restaurants. Since it is a street level unit, located on a corner across from an active square, pedestrians pass by right next to the bedroom windows, which can be noisy after hours. This proximity to an active pedestrian sidewalk also precludes opening window blinds to see out or allow sunlight in. Other than that, it is a comfortable and roomy two bedroom accommodation with convenient off street parking.

    Great location for historic Savannah and the Bay…very homey.. we had a cozy Thanksgiving inside watching the parade and games.. then went exploring and walked off all the yummy food… great location .. A neighbor introduced herself and was very froiendly snd made a comfortable visiting her at our next stay..

    Overall, this was a good property; however, several details were a problem: there were no filters for the coffee maker and had to be purchased by us; there were no usable mirrors in the property; there was absolutely no places to put clothing in the second bedroom and little in the primary; the lighting in the bathroom sconces was very bad; a hook for clothing was needed in the bathroom. This would have been the perfect place to stay with attention to details, and I hope these improvements are made.
