Stayed Apr 27, 2021Unfortunately the Orbitz listing did not show the internal flight of stairs or note that it was a 2-story building. My 85-year old mom couldn't handle the stairs so we had to check into our hotel. We recovered part of our money--for the nights they were able to rent out. The staff was very nice and professional and the communication was excellent. The house is very very cute.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We were so pleased with the property and the location as well. Just a short walk to the river and shops and food along the way. We would love to come back to this same spot next time we visit. Everyone in the family agrees.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025We know Savannah well, this was our 2nd winter spent in the Historic District. Both my wife and I work from home. Perspective for our review. Our 2 month stay at Coach's Corner was positive. The house itself is in a great location, walkable to all the sites in 10 min or less. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 min walkA few issues:Road noise in the house from traffic on Price St, as well as foot traffic. Construction in the home next door created noise during the workday. The noise did not prevent us from being productive, but it was a distraction and future renters should consider this noise when looking at rental options.Parking was a pain. Paid street parking is available in front of the house. A shared lot with approx 6 spots is behind the back yard, but it was 50/50 whether there were open spots. Cars were often double parked or preventing full use of all 6 spots. Free parking is available on Price St, but spots are limited. Pay attention to the signage for street sweeper restrictions. We had issues with cleaning crews coming in weekly. We asked for no cleaning during our stay, and randomly a crew would show up and let themselves in. Texting with the staff was a challenge, it was always somebody different in the office and no communication between staff.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We absolutely adored our stay here. Would highly encourage anyone to book and stay in this location. Adorable space, even a little outdoor space in the back you can sit out, which is beautiful. Easy walking to everything, safe and plenty of parking whether in the back or in front. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Great experience - in town for a youth sporting event. Great property close to historic downtown and river street without being in the thick. Nice quiet neighborhood - no issue with parking.

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a nice time at this property. I booked this location instead of others because it said it had a dedicated parking space. It was never available during our stay. The small parking lot behind the property was full every time we tried to park there. Luckily we found free parking in front of the property. That was disappointing however. Had I known, I might have booked closer to Forsyth Park or River Street. Quiet street, away from noisy roads. Neighbors were quiet. Lovely little private sitting area outside in backyard. The wifi didn't work the length of our stay. No tv, or movies. Could hardly get our cellular data to work at the property. We contacted the property managers to let them know. Said they would resolve...after our stay. We were there over the weekend. The fan in the bathroom upstairs didn't work. Needed a lightbulb changed in the hallway upstairs. In the dining room, the shutters needed handles as they'd been broken off or were broken. My husband noted some of the stairs seemed broken in the staircase. The stairs are VERY steep. They made me very nervous to have my kids near them and I had anxiety someone would fall down the stair case. Beautiful property. Lovely deli down the road. Great proximity to everywhere downtown. Loved the hat rack on back of one of the doors and the hooks in the bathroom for the bath towels. Nice touches. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We brought our own pods and dryer sheets.

Stayed May 28, 2024My daughter and I were there for wedding planning meetings. The location is great for anything downtown, the heart of things. I’m a fourth generation Savannahian who no longer lives there, so I can tell you this is a great location. It’s maybe 4-6 blocks away from serious action, which is wonderful for sleeping. Things closer can be super loud with a lot of traffic and partiers. And anywhere you walk in Savannah downtown is beautiful, so those blocks are NOT wasted time. The space itself is clean and tidy and management is hyper-responsive. They are lovely and so was our stay. There was never any on-site parking, but there was a gracious plenty directly in front of the apartment! And it is not metered, though there is one night you may not park there for street cleaning. Over all, it is a perfect place to stay, unless you need ADA compliance. All of the important amenities you need and want! Loved it!

Stayed May 7, 2024The house was in the perfect spot. 15 min or less walk to everywhere we wanted to go. House was clean and cute. The patio was great to have, and we had a lot of gecko friends along with the beautiful flowers back there. Here's the deal on parking, download the Park Savannah app and the Park TYB app (if going to Tybee Island). Parking spots were always available. We walked to 100 E Bryan St and picked up visitor day passes for all the days were there. They are not spot # specific so we could park anywhere with a number. We parked behind the house the night of the street sweeping. We visited Toasted! for breakfast, Lulu's for dessert and dessert martinis, and the Olde Pink House for a great dinner. If you're going to Tybee Island beach type in the address for North Beach Bar and grill. The restaurant in the beach parking lot. Super cute and convenient. The Boos and Booze ghost tour was also a lot of fun and met some great ppl. I would def. stay here again. Only suggestions I have is better toilet paper and paper towls. They did have a roku so if you're into watching TV on vaca, there was plenty to watch w/o having to login to your Hulu or Netflix accts if you do not want to.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024Loved the unit, the patio and the location. The only unfortunate thing was a construction worker parked in our parking space for a full day and this left us without a place to park.
