Security: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval! An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
Pet Cleanup: Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste using the bags/bins provided.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in California, pool heating is offered at an additional charge of $100 per day, with a two-day minimum. Guests just need to pay for the specific days needed. 24-hour advance notice is required, as it will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up. Thank you!

Maintenance: Pool person & gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.

Parking: Street parking REQUIRES permits - please do not park on the street to avoid tickets.
Please avoid blocking the sidewalk to prevent tickets
