Stayed Mar 14, 2025Very peaceful property with excellent accommodations. Its close to Topeka, but far enough out of town to be quiet and comfortable. My kids enjoyed exploring the beautiful property. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Stayed Mar 7, 2024We were in Topeka for State Wrestling. My husband, our daughter and I absolutely loved this place! We are from a small town and wanted something away from the city but close as well. This place exceeded our expectations! It was clean, nice and quiet!! We will definitely stay here in the future if we are around Topeka for wrestling again!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2023The home is nice and clean, but it's got TONS of light switches and some don't connect to anything that we could find. They have horses on the property with people to care for them. But it seemed like the whole time my husband and I were at this property two men were always there (not the cloth blinds on the windows are see-through they're only on the windows that are on the back of home) at the garage it seemed like they were there for no reason.....perhaps to watch the property I'm not sure. They'll go out of their way to talk to you... their nice and helpful to tell you there's rattlesnakes and what not. I just feel like if you reserve a place you should have more privacy.
