    Great location, awesome A/C, comfy bed, excellent shower. This is a great spot to stay with close proximity to Old Town and all of the great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are delightful and accommodating, even when their guest (that would be me) did not watch the helpful video they provided which makes the check-in process even easier. I really appreciate their support, even when the mistake was mine. Like I said, great hosts! I would strongly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again.

    If you are looking for a place to spend a weekend or longer with your partner, this is a great option. Easy check-in, clean house, comfortable bed, nice shower, and a kitchen made this a great stay. The proximity to Old Town, restaurants, and shopping make this an ideal choice.

    This was so much fun! This updated garage/apartment was perfect for our family and the private patio was charming. The location was great too. Right in the middle of Old Town and walking distance to all kinds of great restaurants. The best was walking to Por Vida Coffee just across the street for their horchata latte each morning. Yum!! The only “con” was sharing the parking lot with Rockin’ Baja Lobster…and even that wasn’t a big deal. The valets at the restaurant were very helpful getting us in & out of our parking space when the parking lot was busy. We would 100% go back. It would also be a great place for a BIG group - I believe you can rent multiple sections of the home and the patios all appear to connect.

    This super cool garage remodel unit is ideally located in Old Town, a short walk to the train/transit station for rides into the city or up the coast. The unit itself is efficiently equipped- nothing fancy, but everything you need. Super clean! Beautiful patio to enjoy the SD weather and designated parking spot for your vehicle. Highly recommend!

    Nice property, close to old town. We had a wonderful time visiting San Diego. I picked this property because it was close to old town and the trolly. Didn’t need to do public transit. We were able to do the trolly or Uber to everywhere in down town we no to go. I would definitely come back or recommend this place again.

    Steps from Old Town as well as numerous Mexican restaurants and shopping. Close to downtown San Diego and very easy to get a Lyft/Uber if you don't have a car with you. Nice layout, very clean and loved having the garage door open.

    Really good location. Central to lots of good restaurants and fun stuff to do. Easy highway access and parking. Could use a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but otherwise no complaints at all.
