Family & pet friendly. Ideal for our family needing a nice place to stay while undergoing remodel. Great location close to SoCo but not too close that you have to deal with parking cars & crowds.

We had a group of 6 adults and this was perfect. Areas to relax, cook and eat together. Walking to lots of restaurants. Great communication with host. Highly recommend.

I live in ATX and rented this property for guest while my house was being rennovated during ACL! The location is amazing and just steps away from SoCo shopping, murals, and more. The front yard is also fenced in and was great for my pup. We were able to sit out there, people watch, and burn off some of his energy before leaving the house. The host was also amazing and offered the perfect amount of communication. I highly recommend staying here if your looking to be in the action without it being overwhelming.

We stayed at home for several days while our house was under construction. The house was perfect. Super clean and well maintained Loved the patio. Close to lots of things on S 1st and S Congress

My family (husband and 2 kids 10&6) stayed here. The home was even better in person! It was immaculate. The home had anything and everything you could think of, which is great when on vacation (even more so when you’re with your kids!) The home is walking distance to SO MANY THINGS! The bats under the Congress Bridge, biking and walking trails along Lady Bird Lake, non motorized water sports on Lady Bird Lake, shopping and art all over Congress street, a 10 minute walk over the bridge to The heart of downtown if you desire) We grilled out one night and sat outside while the kids played in the fenced in front yard. It was perfect. This location has it all. The owners were in touch once we made our reservation and made sure our stay was great. As a family that travels often, we appreciate a well thought out VRBO and are even more happy to share our over the top good experiences with you. Check out this place while in Austin, you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I rented this house for a small family gathering in Austin. Having never been to Austin before, I took the recommendation of a relative who lives in town on where the best spot is... he was not kidding that this house was right near tons of local attractions, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Magnolia Cafe 2 blocks down, and were able to get ice cream / snacks / do some shopping whenever we felt like. The house itself was great, very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was full of everything we needed, the beds all had good quality linens and blankets. There was plenty of street parking for our cars. Really it was everything I could want from a rental, so it was overall a very good experience.

Home was clean and well decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Location was great - walking distance from shops, restaurants and bars. Quick uber ride or 25 minute walk into the heart of the city. Definitely recommend.

From the get go communications with the owner were excellent; can't say enough good things about the owner's responsiveness to our inquiries. Upon arrival we were very pleased to see the property true if not better than represented by the pictures. Owner obviously took extra time to make sure our experience with the property was a positive one and that we were comfortable. The property very, very clean. Functionality of the house is excellent. There is a back yard (of sorts) behind the driveway, but the house is set toward the back of the lot - no worries, a masonry deck/seating area on the corner of the front yard is perfect. Neighborhood is very safe and while somewhat busy, quiet. For this trip it was two couples, and the house was perfect for us. Highly recommend this property.
