Heart of Orlando: Downtown Cozy 2BR, 2BA Home!

Kim was very quick to respond when I had a question. We had a termite problem and it was handled in a matter of days. I would absolutely stay again!

Kim is very easy to get ahold of and very nice too. The place was absolutely big and beautifully decorated; I love the modern, minimalist style; very chic. The neighborhood was very quiet, quiet neighbors, private location. It’s a very nice place to escape the craziness of city life.

Great property however if you’re looking for better variety of restaurants and evening life it would be best to stay closer to the Disney side of Orlando. Kim was very easy to communicate with and the house was very clean.

Close to winter park and downtown. Responsive host and no issues with our stay. Dog park only two block walk! We will stay again.

We were visiting Orlando to catch up with work and friends. The home was clean and easy to access.

I will start by saying that the hosts are VERY responsive, which was much appreciated. The location is walking distance to great restaurants, but know that it’s on a short street b/w the expressway and a major 1-way road to downtown, so there is some road noise. The wifi was excellent & the office chair was comfortable to work from for a month. This unit would be fine for a weekend trip to Orlando, when you just need a place to put your head for a couple of nights, but not ideal for a long-term stay. The description of the property wasn’t accurate, in our opinion. The floors were not clean when we arrived, which then prompted me to give the entire place a once-over before we could settle in. The kitchen is not very well equipped, so we mostly ate out. We bought glasses and wine glasses & were reimbursed by the hosts quickly, which was great. None of the furniture is comfortable. We bought numerous things (cushions, side table, ottomans) to make it more bearable. There are no dressers in the bedroom, so nowhere to put “stuff” or to store clothes; there’s only wire shelving in the closet. The bathrooms have very little storage and no counter space. There’s a screened porch area, but dirty & no furniture to sit on to enjoy it. There are bikes, but had flat tires & a seat that you couldn’t pay me to sit on. Not enough lighting in bedrooms or living room (played Scrabble by camp lantern, to see the board). Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, unfortunately.

Great location with an easy walk to Lake Eola restaurants and activities.

I stayed here for a month while being in the area for school. It is part of a duplex, but you have your own private parking and there were no issues with the neighbor during the visit. From the booking, the host was kind and responsive. Communication with the host was amazing. The unit was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen is fully stocked with so much kitchenware which was great since I was there for an entire month. The location was another great asset of this property. It is only 5 minutes from downtown Orlando. Lake Eola is walking distance (about half a mile), and there is a farmer’s market there every Sunday. There’s also a small public dog park right down the road. Overall, I had a great experience at this property. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

We really enjoyed staying here, very safe, walkable to many things. Communication w/ Kim was very smooth & reliable. Loved having a few bikes available, even a child carrier. Added a lot to our stay!

We recently stayed at this property for two months while our house was being renovated and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The location was fantastic, we loved walking to nearby restaurants and even a show at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, which made us feel right at home. The property itself was cozy and had all the amenities we required for our extended stay. From a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living area, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay whether it's a quick trip or an extended period.
