Heart of OCNJ! 5BR/4BA Beach Block Condo w/ Elevator -Sleeps 16!

The property was beautiful! The elevator was a big help for my disabled daughter and elderly mother. The house was equipped with everything you needed. The owner was very helpful and attentive.

Our host agency was responsive and the home was clean and comfortable.

This was a fantastic stay. It was a beautiful home that had plenty of room to prepare and celebrate our daughter’s wedding

The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortably furnished, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. It’s close to the beach and stores. Great communication before and during our weekend stay.

We stayed off season but it was still a great time and a quick walk to the beach

Our group was three generations getting together for a long weekend. Ages 21-90. Having the elevator was a big plus. Location is fantastic! About 1/2 a block from the boardwalk. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Having linens provided was a huge plus. Unit very much as pictured in the listing. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Would definitely like to return during the summer. Great house that was perfect for our group!

So I will start with the great things about this home, which there are many!First, it has an elevator which was incredibly helpful. It goes from the garage to the 3rd floor.1st floor is actually the garage and foyer, 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining, living room, Queen bedroom en suite, Queen bedroom & a hall bathroom (shower) the 3rd floor is the King bedroom suite with bathroom (shower) balconies on each side.Really nice setup and plenty of room.Now for some suggestions, the mattresses which in the queen rooms and king room are good quality, however, the plastic mattress protectors ( which I know are vital) are extremely HOT! My suggestion would be to add a quilted mattress pad on top to keep you from sticking to the sheets. The sheets are very thin.The unit says there are 2 thermostat controllers but we only found 1. If it’s comfortable on the 2nd floor, it’s extremely hot on the 3rd floor, not sure how to remedy that. Next is the living room furniture, all pieces of furniture are stained. We didn’t even sit on them. I would suggest a professional cleaning or replacing the furniture. Lastly, I felt a little odd coming in and noticing the receptacles had been taken out. I would have liked a notification that someone would be coming to take the trash or let us know what day is trash pickup day. I just felt weird knowing someone was in there while we rented it. Other than that, everything did work, we did not experience any mechanical problems with the property.

25 of my husband’s family stayed in this home alongside the neighboring property. The house was well decorated, very clean, fully stocked, and Kim and Steve communicated very well during the booking process and our stay. The close proximity to the boardwalk allowed the kids to be independent. I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

This home will not disappoint!! It is everything that is described and so much more!! Kim and Steve are amazing in every sense of the word! Our family of 11 enjoyed every amenity offered!! With five young teens and the boardwalk so assessable…it gave the adults some quality time in the early evenings!! My husband and I would reccomend this home!!

Location, location!

Our family surprised my husband with this trip for his 70th birthday and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to rent! The house is wonderful. It was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed, especially for the beach! The elevator was such a great help all week. And we can’t say enough positive things about the location!! Between being able to quickly walk to the boardwalk and beach and so many restaurants, it was ideal. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient! It was a perfect week!

We enjoyed our Ocean City, NJ accommodations. It was the perfect house for two families to share. The location was great. The house was just as pictured and described. We have already booked this same house for next year! Perfect!
