Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

The bungalow style house was very cute and clean with everything you could need. The neighborhood in East Nashville was close to everything. The only negative is that if you have accessibility issues this is not the place for you. The steps into the property are VERY steep. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our stay!!

This place was fabulous.. clean and comfortable and quiet

Very clean and comfy place to stay for a quick overnight trip. The location was perfect in a very walkable neighborhood and the comfy king sized bed was definitely a plus!

This property was very cutely decorated and was close to downtown. We loved staying here.

Everything was lovely! I would stay here again. Check in was smooth and easy, the place was clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed and was very welcoming. My only two small notes were:1. We didn't realize that this was a unit in a larger building of about 6 units. Maybe I misunderstood but the photos made me think it was a single family home. That meant that we shared walls on both sides with other tenants. It worked out fine, was just different than what we thought we were getting. 2. There was some confusion at one point about whether or not we were cancelling after we had arrived. We had already dropped our bags and were out at a concert, so that was a little nerve-wracking to think that we would potentially have issues when we went back after the concert. Thankfully we cleared it up and it was fine.Neither of these small notes are reasons I wouldn't recommend this place/these hosts. This was a great jumping off point for Nashville (especially if you have a car and want to go places that are a little further out and require that). Great spot, we definitely recommend!

Better than described. Everything you need for a getaway.

Quiet place that’s a quick ride to downtown Nashville. The bed is ultra comfy! We enjoyed breakfast at the Sky Blue Cafe down the block.

The Heart of Nashville is exactly that. Historic Edgefield is a lovely quiet part of town and yet only a few minutes to Broadway. The house is very well equipped, with everything you might need for a great stay. Please note the exterior of the house is not the one you see on the site. Its no 3 in the middle.

Great location, very clean and cozy!

We didn’t really need more than a bed and bathroom so we didn't explore kitchen or tv amenities. However, for our purposes of the co-ed bachelorette party it was perfectly located close to Broadway. Clean and spacious for a 1/1.

The place was great--everything as expected.

Oh my gosh we loved this sweet little bungalow! Everything was great - the comfy bed, updated decor and welcoming atmosphere inside as well as the location. We were able to walk to dinner both nights. I definitely recommend this for a stay in East Nashville.

Perfect little spot close to downtown, but far enough to avoid heavy traffic and crowds. Great amenities; the nespresso machine is on point, bed was super comfy, shower was great, and Rick’s communication is top notch! Our next stay in Nashville I won’t even need to look for a another place, I’ll rebook here in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect place to stay for a night to go to an event in Nashville! I messaged the host when I first got there because the smoke alarm was chirping. They responded immediately and were so nice and he had the issue resolved soon after. The place was spotless and the bed was so comfy! It was also located in a perfect spot where we walked a few blocks to go out to eat for dinner and then it’s so close to downtown that the uber ride each way was under 10. Other people were staying at the units around us (solely basing this on the fact the cars were parked in their spots) but I could not hear anything between the walls from the other units. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place. Cozy and comfortable. Well stocked. If I am ever in Nashville again, i will book this place again! It was 2 minutes from Broadway, yet, it felt like a safe and away from the noise of the city.

Wonderful stay for our weekend in Nashville! Very easy drive or Uber to Broadway. The apartment is very nice and clean, has all the amenities you need. Highly recommended! Hosts very communicative and check-in was easy!

I can’t praise this property enough. Very nicely furnished, free snacks, wonderful AC and plenty of hot water. Great location and Rick couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

A positive and wonderful experience enjoyed our stay

This cute, little apartment was nice and clean and uncluttered. There is a nice living area with a comfy couch and coffee table. The kitchen has barstool seating at the counter and full amenities along with several options for making coffee.The host provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash as well as make-up removal wipes. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for our four-day stay. The shower had two different heads, one a hand wand and there was decent water pressure. Watch your left elbow when you sit on the toilet, there isn't a ton of space.The bed is huge and and really comfortable. Nice bedding, and lamps on either side of the bed. Space off of the floor to set suitcases would have been nice. The washer and dryer were nice to have as the weather was rainier and colder than we planned for. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store less than a mile from the property. We really enjoyed Bolton's, Yeast and Sky Blue Cafe.The distance from Broadway/Downtown is walkable. We did it a few times. We did use ride-share when we returned late. I would have loved more local recommendations from the hosts. We never saw any other people staying at the property to get tips from. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
