    Very disappointing experience from start to finish. From the very first day we arrived, the service was terrible. We were treated poorly and even told that we should not have come, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The owner had a very bad attitude and was rude throughout our stay. The property is extremely small and the listing is misleading. It is advertised as accommodating six people, which is absolutely not true. The space has only one actual bedroom, another area with a single bed, and the rest is just a sofa. There is no possible way this place can comfortably or reasonably fit six people. Additionally, parking is available for only one car, which was not clearly communicated. On top of that, the property was full of cockroaches, which made the stay even more uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, this place is not recommended at all. Between the poor treatment, inaccurate description, extremely limited space, cleanliness issues, and the owner’s bad attitude, this was a very negative experience

    Such a cute cute place to stay! My bff & I so enjoyed staying here. Close enough to walk everywhere. Great exercise. Beautiful homes everywhere. Couple blocks from St George St, many shops & restaurants. It’s one house split between staying upstairs or downstairs which are totally separate & you don’t hear whose around the front of house in downstairs part bc you’re on the other side with your own entrance & parking. We are 60 & 61 yo & stairs didn’t bother us even with suitcase! Loved the antiqueness of the place! Would stay again!

    Very nice close to everything. Clean, the parking space alone saves you TONS. While not the lap of.luxury and opulance a nice quiet privat clean space that we would return to if in st augustine again!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is close to all the St. George street shops and restaurants, we walked over there every day. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom could use a couple hooks and/or a small table but was manageable. We love old houses and this seems to be an early 1900's build with a cute porch and built-in cabinet. We recommend this property as long as guests are able to navigate stairs as this is a second-floor property. There is so much to do in this area, we only scratched the surface in our short 4-night stay. We'll have to come back!

    Freshly remodeled so it was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Everything necessary to make the stay complete. It was also convenient to the main streets downtown but far away enough to be quiet in the evening. Will be our first choice when visiting St Augustine again.

    We come to St. Augustine a lot and would definitely rent this place again. It is close enough so you can walk to everything in the historic quarters but far enough so you can enjoy peace and quiet. You are about two blocks behind Flagler College and have an off street parking space. The only things I feel it was missing and truly need are: 1. A full length mirror hung somewhere in the unit. 2. Window coverings in the living room for some privacy and to filter the light, especially in the evening when the sun is setting. Otherwise absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Sevilla Place.
