Stayed Sep 7, 2025Nice to have legit 5 bedrooms. Nicely appointed kitchen and having a garage very handy. Basement room has VERY low feelings. Ok for me at 5'2 but the guys in my group could not have stayed there. Very easy communication.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We stayed at this property for the holiday weekend and the experience was very disappointing. The home was not as advertised and was in poor condition, making the stay uncomfortable and even unsafe.When we arrived, there was a large hole in the bathroom wall with drywall debris all over the floor, which was an immediate red flag. Cleaning supplies were scattered throughout the house, and the overall cleanliness was lacking—floors, counters, and even the coffee maker had to be cleaned before use.The bedrooms were another major issue. Most of the mattresses were stained and extremely uncomfortable, sinking into the middle as if the supports were broken. There were no proper dressers, only small plastic drawer units (one broken), which made unpacking difficult. Some closet spaces were unusable because they were filled with carpet scraps, paint cans, and construction supplies.Other problems included doors that would not lock, broken or unstable dining chairs, and a basement bedroom setup that was unsafe—the bed was pushed against unsecured closet doors that swung inward if you leaned back.Given the cost of this rental, the condition of the property was unacceptable. We rented this home to host family for an important occasion, and instead of comfort, we dealt with poor maintenance, safety concerns, and lack of cleanliness.I cannot recommend this property in its current state.Besides that, check-in was a breeze. Spiders made for great company. Don’t waste your money.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024I rented this house for my family who came for my son's wedding. MANY issues, including serious safety concerns! I emailed the owner with a list that included the following: ~ WATER WAS HOT ENOUGH TO SCALD! ~ Upstairs hall bathroom - no t.p. holder, bathmat, towel bar & only one hook for 8 people to share. Toilet seat broke on the first day. Toilet seat in master bathroom didn't fit, one hinge was broken. ~No dressers in any bedrooms - no place to put personal items. Small plastic (one broken) 3-drawer unit in some of the bedrooms. ~ 2 mattresses were terrible, almost unusable! One had a broken frame support. ~Front and hall closet doors did not work properly and closets were full of carpet scraps & construction & painting supplies - unusable! ~ Basement - bed was pushed against closet doors but were not secured. If you leaned back, they swung inward & you fell off the bed! My 77yo sister-in-law could have been seriously injured. No lamp next to bed. ~ Master bedroom skylight leaked during rainstorm!!! Judging by the stained drywall, it was not the first time. ~Kitchen & dining area - Only 4 ceramic plates, bowls and coffee mugs for 4-10 person home (more cups arrived the night before our departure). Broken dining room chairs - most had wobbly legs & broken seat bases. 2 glasses cracked when we tried to use them ~Inaccurate listing - no pool or spa I spent almost 5 hours emailing with the owner on these issues. Owner said she had excellent reviews? Mine is the first one!
