This house was perfect in every way. The beds are so comfy. The host answered every question I had. Perfect location. My family had the best time!

We had a great time staying in this house! Photos do not do it justice on how big it really is. The weather was perfect with no rain until the day we left. Kids loved the hot tub and being outside on both patios. Host was very accommodating.

The house was beautiful! Everyone in our group was very happy. It was clean and very comfortable .It was roomy and bathrooms were stocked. Everything was as described the kitchen was fully stocked except the coffee only enough for 1 pot but no big deal. The hot tub was clean and relaxing.All linens and towels provided even beach towels for hot tub. Pool table and arcade game was a nice extra! Would definitely stay here again! The host was wonderful and check in was a breeze.

The house was the perfect location for our large extended family to gather and celebrate the holidays. Everyone had their own bathroom and the two sets of washers and dryers helped us to pack lighter. The host was very responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay.

The 10 members of the senior adult church group enjoyed the space. Men enjoyed the pool table, and ladies enjoyed chatting at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. Fortunately, most of us could navigate the stairs. We did find a busted beanbag in one closet ,(yes, two of us were in the kid's room) and one restroom toilet seat was not attached on one side. It would be a perfect place to come back with our families.

This property was fantastic. Close to everything but feels secluded. Home was modern and beautiful- everyone really enjoyed the game room and hot tub! Thanks!!

Everything was perfect. It was very clean and was closer to everything we wanted to do. Our host was fantastic. She let us in early and was quick with her responses. Will definitely stay here again or recommend this home to others.

Kitchen: No wash cloths or dish soap to hand wash items. We couldn't wash the coffee pot or skillet with anything except hand soap after we used it. Makes you wonder how the people before us washed it too.... The fridge was very dirty and had a film all over the shelves.Outdoors: The grill was broken. They did come repair it about 24 hours after we notified them. Bedrooms: The bedding was unclean. It looked as though someone had slept in the bedding and they simply remade the beds. We literally had to wash bedding for 3 bedrooms before we could even go to sleep on night #1! That was exhausting after a long day of travel! I will say, after reaching out to them regarding this concern along, they did issue a cleaning refund. Further, there was a pair of women's panties left on one of the bedroom drawers in the basement... they did not belong to our party.

Even better than we expected! Alot of fun activities around the house that kept us entertained. Everything was very clean and nice. Would book all over again

Beautiful scenery, quite neighborhood. House was absolutely fabulous. Beds are comfortable, house was clean, and well equipped. Loved our stay there.

Nice place to stay

This is a beautiful home. The home was fully stocked to meet all of our needs. We always cook together and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the large hot tub each evening. There were nine of us and everyone had space and privacy when they wanted it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The house was nice , well equipped and a good size for our family of 14. A good location for attractions and we enjoyed watching some wildlife from the upstairs balcony. Host was very attentive!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great location.

We brought a multi-generation family of 12. The house was conveniently located close to so many activities! The floors left our feet on our pretty dirty. The arcade machine did not work. You can hear people moving around on main level if you are in the bedrooms downstairs. Overall we were so pleased, the pool table was a hit, check in and out were a breeze and we would come and stay again!!

This property is beautiful and just how it is depicted in pictures. The location was perfect for our stay in Branson. We would recommend this home to other large groups of friends or family!

Wonderful property with comfortable beds and an amazing hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of pots and utensils. The property has a small lot size, all surrounded by trees. Highly recommended for those looking to stay in the center of Branson.

This place was perfect for our family of 9 Adults and two young children. The central location makes for easy travel to anywhere in the Branson area. Everyone having their own bathroom is a great situation. Laundry rooms on both floors make doing laundry a much easier chore. Great layout facilitates great family fun playing games or watching sporting events. The kids loved their multi-bed room with a big screen TV. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We spent the week with our kids and grandkids and all had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and the location is prime! Everything is within a 2 mile radius. The grandsons were very sad to be leaving, but all are leaving with lifelong memories.

We had 5 adults & 7 children - there were plenty of beds, bathrooms, seating, tables & chairs, etc. for everyone. It was beautiful and felt like we were away from everything but was easy to get anywhere we needed to be.

We enjoyed the beautiful home, especially with holiday decorations. It was perfect for 7 adults and the 3 kids loved the game and movie room. The view from the back deck was beautiful and the location was quiet and peaceful. We will return!

Four king-sized beds! Plus more beds. We have four family couples so the king-sized beds sold the place. Grill does not heat hot enough for steaks, sufficient for chicken, burgers, best and hot dogs. Hot tub was lovely, needed temperature raised and jets turned on when arrived. Bathroom for each large bedroom very nice. Set of washer/dryer on each floor, great For big family. Need to bring paper plates, ziploc, foil, napkins and extra dish towels. Appreciated throws and Christmas tree in unit.

Plenty of room for our family. Bedrooms were all very comfortable. Couldn’t get the arcade game to work which was a bit of a disappointment, but overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Six of us thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom. We enjoyed the large kitchen and open dining/living room. The location of this property was not only close to all the shows but was also in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home to others.

I HIGHLY recommend this home if you want the perfect place to stay. This was an amazing choice for spending our early Christmas as a family (there were 10 in our group). It was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and had every amenity that you could want. The kitchen & dining area was perfect for our morning breakfast/late evening meals together. Ample parking, close to so many of the attractions/shopping areas but not directly in the hustle/bustle of the city located in a very quiet neighborhood. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom and the little ones loved their bedroom with the bunk beds. Definitely will be our “go to” home when we return for another Branson getaway.

Everything was perfect. We had a great time and everything was within walking distance or a quick 5 minute drive. Super clean and everything worked. Nothing was worn or damaged. Water was hot and kept up with 8 kids and their long showers. Everything you need for a great time.
