Portland, Oregon
On this wonderful corner lot sits Alberta Villa which is in one of the most sought after locations in Portland. Sitting just a handful of blocks from Northeast Alberta Street you are in a perfect position to enjoy everything the Alberta Arts District has to offer. You are close enough for a short walk or a quick Uber while being far enough to not hear the hustle and bustle when you don't want.
The home has been updated with new décor and design that accentuates the look and feel of the Pacific Northwest. As you enter you are greeted with a warm and open floor plan bathed in natural light from the oversized windows. The fully stocked kitchen sits just off the dining room and has everything your culinary needs.
Another fantastic benefit of this home is the single level layout. Not only are the living and dining amenities on the same level but as are all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each of the four bedrooms is easily accessible down the main hallway. Each bedroom is a blend of maximizing the space for room to sleep, comfort, and style.
It is almost impossible to find a home in a more desired part of Portland within this region. It is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers in working in the area. You can eat, drink, and explore everything Portland and the Northwest has to offer from this incredible location.
Please note that this home is one of the few in all of Portland that is legally permitted for over 5 people. There are very few, and the illegal ones get shut down all the time. In order to be a legal short-term rental in this county, it is required there is a long-term tenant living on the property, in this case in the adjoining converted garage unit with its own private entrance on the far side of the property. They have sole parking access to the driveway to comply with these regulations. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

Nice house, well equipped in a fun area. 9 of us stayed there comfortably. Easy street parking. Easy to walk to Alberta arts district, restaurants, and parks.
Having young kids a backyard would have been perfect but we survived. Also knowing another person on premises earlier would have been helpful knowledge but we survived Overall it was w great stay and the location fir our situation was perfect
First, the house was only six miles from the airport. The neighborhood was very nice. My friends and I enjoyed seeing how active the community was: adults and children (even babies) were included with the walkers, runners, bicyclers, dog walkers, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked breakfasts and some dinners and found everything we needed in the kitchen. My group was four elderly women. We loved having our own rooms. We did day trips to see Oregon highlights and a couple of days in southern Washington. It was great to return to our peaceful home and neighborhood each night.
Cute little house in a cute neighborhood. Bathrooms are a bit rustic and could have been a bit cleaner.
Easy, convenient booking and accommodated our group just fine. Communications were prompt and friendly. We were playing at the Expo center and it was just a short drive away from there and the airport.
This house worked well for our stay in Portland for our son’s wedding.
This location was ideal for our family to gather for my son's graduation from University of Portland. It was close to airport for those flying in, just off I-5 for those driving down. Parking on street was never an issue. We loved our evening strolls to restaurants for dinner or breakfast. What amazing meals we shared, all within walking distance. I went to the Sunday market and got flowers and fresh veggies and walked home, feeling like a local.
Great spot in Alberta district. 4 bedrooms, cozy living room and nicely equipped kitchen.
The house was clean, and comfortable, the linens luxurious, perfect for 7 mature women arriving from all over the country for a 5 day stay. The weather was warmer than usual per local residents we chatted with, so needed to use the fans, but not the portable ac unit (no central air, probably usually not needed in Portland). Puzzling stinginess from the management company re stocking of toilet paper, dishwasher soap and washing machine soap, had to call them to drop off more of each, which they did (counted out for each day of our stay) but why did we need to call? It became kind of a running joke while we were there.
Great location. Property Mgmt was very responsive and easy to work with.
My family and I were just in town for a short weekend family event and this home accommodated us perfectly. There was plenty of space for my 4 siblings, mom, and infant niece.
We had a great sisters trip to Portland and the property was just perfect for us
We had a great stay here for our weekend trip in Portland. The house was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to return soon! Thanks for a great stay!
We stayed here for a weekend girls trip and it was great! Plenty of room and beds. It was hot without central AC, but they kindly brought additional fans for us! Would stay again!
Plenty of bedroom space. Air conditioning not powerful enough during heat wave. For some reason no teaspoons in kitchen!?
My family and I just returned home this morning after renting this property over the weekend. The house is very beautiful and spacious the only problem was that the weather was terribly hot and the house only has a portable ac in the living room and small fans in each bedroom. We all slept in the living room throughout our stay. I would definitely not recommend this house during the summer months.
Our family stayed here on our visit to Portland. The house is very centrally located. Only about 15 minutes from all our destinations. House was very well laid out and comfortable.
Overall, this is a good option for Portland, which has limited rental homes. Home is in a cute little neighborhood within walking distance of Alberta St. It's not large, but we comfortably fit multiple adults and kids for a few days. The kids loved the random toys and books in the house, and they had fun playing at the nearby neighborhood park. The main challenge was the AC. Knowing that there was going to be a heatwave in Portland on the days we would be staying there, I reached out in advance and was assured that there was an AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was only in the living room, and it couldn't really cool the bedrooms. This isn't an issue 99.9% of the time in this city; we just happened to be there on some of the hottest days of the year, which made it tricky with a baby and elderly parents. (Also, FWIW -- there was a previous review from someone noting that they had not known in advance that someone lived on the property, and an owner response about transparency. At the time that I booked (last winter), the listing did not explain that someone lived there -- that note seems to have been added more recently. I remember this clearly because I had looked at other listings that DID note that there was someone living on site, and we picked this one partly because it didn't say that. However, this wasn't an issue at all for us -- we never saw or heard anyone else on the property during our stay.)
Overall very nice and the layout and features worked great for our family getaway. Nicely furnished. Was a surprise to find out only a few days before our stay that there was a long-term tenant (maybe the owner? who knows?) in the attached converted garage. Was not a problem but would have liked to know that when reserving. And they had the driveway which made access from the street to the house a challenge; very narrow to get by; especially for us older folks. Only other thing was the very high step into the house; maybe because of the settled porch, but very high to step up and also dangerous (possibly illegal?) to step out - again, especially for boomers. But all in all a nice stay.
We loved the property and the neighborhood! The house was perfect for our group and was very clean. It was well-stocked with everything we needed (extra umbrellas, kitchen supplies, towels, etc). The neighborhood was adorable, and we were easily able to walk to restaurants and even the grocery store.
