Head-on OCEAN VIEW BEACH HOUSE!

The house was in an incredible location so close to the beach. The rooms were large and fit our family of 5 really well. There are many great restaurants nearby. The house was decorated very tastefully. The host was pleasant and communicative. We were in Santa Monica right after heavy rains and the weather wasn't super warm but the house was really comfortable and we had a great visit. Thank you!

Great access to beach and surrounding restaurants. Property was great for family gathering as well as providing privacy for four adults sharing house. Directions for access were spot on and easy.

Our group was traveling in from both coasts and the UK for a graduation in Santa Monica. It needed to be able to house us but also give some space, ideally be walkable to other locations/needs. We ALSO decided to have a chef serve dinner to us on graduation night (we cleared this with the host first to be sure it was okay). It was perfect!! Great communication from the host, and a great option overall. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Santa Monica! House is beautiful, huge, clean and so well decorated. You definitely felt like you were on vacation. It was even better than the photos! The kids ran from room to room and took in all the cool outdoor spaces with views. Owner was great and check in and out was easy. We have 2 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room. Bedrooms were clean and comfy and spacious. Street is part of gated area and a short easy walk to Santa Monica beach and pier. Parking is in a lot between house and beach which was convenient. The view from the 1st floor deck and the deck outside the 3rd floor bedroom was amazing and so much outdoor space. The beach was really close and the kids could even walk over and we could see them from the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for a family reunion. Property manager is exceptionally responsive.

Overall, it was a great experience and we made a lot of great memories in this house! Our only two considerations would be: - Unable to access main thermostat to change the temperature; Was hot at night. - It is definitely in a busy area; At night the pier was a bit bright and loud.Which we knew as we were renting this house. But, it wouldn’t be the best if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. But, all things considered, we were very happy with the rental!

We had an amazing stay at the beach house! Luhanda is a great host, always available when needed. Everything is very well organized from the parking to the surf board and bikes for the kids! The bedding is just the more comfortable I have ever slept in!!! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and down town. I really recommend this house, where you feel like home!!

House was clean, comfy and in a prime location! Will definitely book again!
