Clean and comfortable

This was a great little apartment. It was perfect for our week of business.

Neat, clean, good amenities. There was railroad noise due to proximity. But not a major issue.

Cute, clean and well stocked apartment. Close to everything and designated parking. Ann responds quickly with questions/concerns. Will continue to stay here when we come to town.

The pillows were alittle soft but overall it was a great experience and would stay again next time in town.

Ann was great to work with and quick communication for any questions I had. This is a quad Plex and I was unaware. However, I did not ask either I was under the impression it was just a single unit but that had nothing to do with Ann she was great ?

Clean and nice place.

We were in town for a football game at Northern State. This property was nice and clean. It was wonderful to have the kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and living room. It’s a simple check in and check out. I saw someone complain about the trains, but they were not an issue for us…very slow and quiet. If we are back in Aberdeen, we will be back here to stay. Excellent for a fair price

Your shower does not work properly, quite disappointed wit that. The water only trickled when you had warm or hot water on. Everything else was good

Very comfortable like a home away from home.

The property was impeccably clean. I tend to be picky about cleanliness and this property surpassed my standards! It was so cute and comfy. The cupboards had all the utensils and supplies that I needed for my stay. And after a trip to the grocery store that was nearby, I didn’t need to go out to eat. Everything was well laid out and tastefully decorated. The train tracks nearby were not well traveled. I did not hear any trains at night at all. I would stay here again!
