Stayed Jun 5, 2025What was great: Excelent location, great views, minutes away from Concan, Gravel bar and Garner State Park.What was not so: other than that expected insects outside, we found some scorpions inside (no big deal). When we arrived the Internet was not working. The next day Mike came and saw the router tower was not working. Since we had good reception, it was ok. What was bad: the grill / smoker, need to be replaced or fixed (they are very rusted), they are in very bad shape and in need of replacement.Check in and out was smooth.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024My Roomate’s and I live in a sober living home in San Antonio. We are all recovering addicts and we’re given a second chance at life. We planned this trip 6 months in advance and had really bonded during our stay. The scenery and property were incredible. It was so nice and peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful memories. If we can afford it we will come again next year.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Check in was smooth. The house is just as described, with beautiful views and everything our group needed for the week. The only thing it is lacking is storage in the bedrooms (dressers, etc) so we had to keep everything in our suitcases. I was disappointed that we arranged and paid for linens/towels, I even called the day before arrival to verify they would be there and when we arrived there were not any linens/towels at the house. After several phone calls I was able to talk to someone and have them delivered. We are already discussing our next trip and possibly booking this same house.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023We used Hawks Ridge for our extra guests. The adults enjoyed the view. We found it a little difficult to find in the dark first night as there were three gates but we only saw two so entered wrong gate and became lost. Drop a pin if you are using google.
