Havenly, Priv Pool, Beach, Golf Cart

Place was perfect for a girls beach trip. Plenty of beds and seating in main living areas. Clean and tidy on arrival. Beach access super easy to get to, especially with the provided golf cart. Private pool was fantastic. The pool area does not include some of the loungers and decor shown in pictures but still nice area. Overall great and would stay again!

Location was great. Communication was great. Arrived with sand on floors and backyard was not as portrayed on listing. Pool worked great, but landscaping and umbrella(not even available) was not as listed. Some pool/beach equipment however dated/broken. There is a ton of potential and the golf cart was awesome!!! Situated in a quiet/secure neighborhood, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Property was impeccably clean and noticeably allergen free. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and the kids loved the bunk room....truly family oriented. Living/ dinning/kitchen areas were spacious and perfect for a large family. The swimming pool was crystal clear, and we enjoyed the BBQ grill and dinning/ chaise loungers on the extra large pool deck The ping pong table in the garage was an unexpected treat that we all enjoyed. Our family routinely stays at rental properties and we especially appreciated the ease of booking , the property mangers personalized attention, and the upscale amenities .

The house was super clean and nice it fit perfectly the 9 of us. The pool was a big hit for our kids! Very close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly people around. I absolutely would book again! Communication with the property management team was the only struggle, the response time is very slow if you haft to get ahold of them. Overall had a wonderful time.

Family friendly, very close/walking distance to everything - beach, shopping, food, etc. Pool was amazing, the house was very clean and spacious. The host was always quick to respond when we had any questions. My entire family agreed that this was far better than expected and would 100% rent this property again! They host and house helped make our first big family vacation an excellent experience.
