Booking Requirements & House Rules

• Must be 25+ in order to book.

• Pool Heat:
The cost to heat the pool is $80/day. If you’d like the pool heated, it’s arranged for the entire stay. This home has a gas heater and it require advance preheating and a significant amount of gas to reach and maintain a comfortable temperature to provide the best and most consistent experience possible.
*Need 48 hrs advance notice


• NO PARTIES – all visitors must be listed on the reservation and by name on the rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.

• Quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.

If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.

Occupancy & Use

    It was spacious and comfortable for three families with littles. I'll share the areas for improvement so you'll know before you go. Listing states check-in notification is sent 48 hours prior but I was contacting the owner one hour prior and was given very little information making it challenging to coordinate three families. There is no physical guidebook in the home and the online link the owner sent several times didn't work. The back and forth certainly added stress. The information from the accurate link is quite limited. Be prepared for only one house key, another minus when it comes to coordinating a group. Timed lights inside and out. A great feature except no schedule is posted. Master bath light stayed on late through the night and included a label saying do not turn off. The late-night lights were intrusive for young families. Property is approved for pets however it seems it would be cleaned after previous guests. The carpets were covered in pet hair and we were as well. General cleaning throughout the house and yard could have been better. Entrails from a critter were at the poolside one morning (not in the control of the owner) but there were no implements to clean the mess so we used paper plates. There is a bird nesting in an outside vent above the stove. It's quite noisy in the morning and woke us up most days, simply be aware. Freezers are old school and covered in ice limiting storage.

    We had a great time at this property. The back yard is an excellent place for children to play! They also really enjoyed the projector TV in their bedroom. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

    The house is well-located close to restaurants and shopping in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with separate sitting and eating areas and a nice pool. The kitchen is well done, and features all top of the line appliances. However, we had a few problems: it was impossible to use the burners without constant clicking from the ignition, a Pipe connected to the dishwasher burst and spilled water all over the floor and the smoke alarm malfunctioned. It took some convincing before we got the manager to repair the alarm. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and well-appointed. The master in particular is stunning but, strangely, there is no door for the bathroom and only a sliding door to the bedroom. Despite these minor issues, we’d readily rent it again!
