The cozy Non smoking cottage has 65m² of living space and is intended for 4 people. In the basement there is a kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m two-piece) and the bathroom with washing machine and shower. In the back of the house is the spacious living room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, dining area and fireplace. A narrow spiral staircase in the middle of the house leads to the upper floor. Here is the second bedroom with twosingle beds and a cozy reading area. Here carpet is laid. For smaller children a high chair is available. In front of the house is one of two terraces. This has a cozy beach chair to relax in the morning sun. Behind the house is the second terrace with a stone barbecue for cozy evenings outdoors. The 422qm² large garden is completely fenced and invites you to relax with its various flowers and plants. Dogs are welcome here.   Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, but can be booked for a fee of 15 € per person.
