Stayed Jun 19, 2026Great place to stay! Inside was exceptionally clean and nicely arranged. All amenities you could ever need, especially for an extended weekend stay. Master bath is very nice and what one would expect at a high-end resort. Has an additional shower and toilet in neighboring room too. Outside patio/hot tub with steps down to a small fenced in yard containing a firepit and comfy wooden chairs; nice for relaxing after a long day visiting the wineries and Main Street Fredricksburg. The location is as stated, but very walkable to and from the restraunts and shops on Main Street...no sidewalks though. Very pet friendly location (small, small to medium dog). Weren't there to watch TV but there is one in the living room and on in the bedroom. Definitely would rent again if we come back for a weekend visit.

Stayed Mar 21, 2026Cute little house that’s close to downtown. We travel with our Yorkie’s so we really appreciated it being pet friendly. Wonderful fire ring in the back yard. Sitting by the fire and sitting in the hot tub was wonderful!! The hot tub quit working and they had someone out there fixing it the same day!! Great customer service.

Stayed Feb 21, 2026This house was perfect for us. Totally enjoyed our week stay. House was comfortable and nicely furnished. Awesome to have a hot tub and fire pit. Appreciated having a nice fenced back yard for our dog so we didn’t have to worry about him getting out. Close to town but far enough out that it was quiet. Would stay again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025The stay was great and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking on the deck. The dogs enjoyed the small yard too! We would stay here again if we returned to Fredericksburg.

Stayed May 16, 2025Very nice and clean. Everything we needed in the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilled, and after long days of walking we enjoyed the big shower and jaccuzi bath. Can't wait for our next stay!
