Harvard House: Napa, Hot Tub + Detached Studio

I have no complaints, everything was top notch.

AC kept up, kitchen had basic necessities.

Lovely house, great location, quiet, well-appointed, responsive host- was perfect for 6 friends on a 3 day weekend. Highly recommended for folks who want to access both Sonoma and Napa.

Everything was clean. Easy to communicate with the host. Lots of towels for the hot tub and easy check-in and check-out process. Easy access to wineries.

We enjoyed a long weekend away in wine country with our fur babies. The house was perfect! The house was full stocked and perfectly located! The house was clean and super comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the time there! We look forward to returning to the house! The property manager was awesome and made to that all was well! Great communication!

This house is super clean, well equipped, and centrally located. The owner was extremely gracious and timely in his response. The house was close to the 29 Highway and just a short drive to most wineries. It is the perfect house for a weekend getaway. I will stay her again when returning to Napa! Book your trip with this property you wont be disapointed!

The house was clean and located in nice, peaceful neighborhood. We came in for the Bottlerock weekend and found it to be easy to get to and back to the festival. The three bedroom, two bath was perfect for four adults over 50. We found the living, kitchen area comfortable and spacious. All appliances were working well and easy to use. Beds were super comfortable and sheets and blankets kept us warm. The water pressure could be better in the master bedroom shower and temperature in the showers could be warmer. It took a few minutes to get warm water and it was never very hot. The host was helpful when we arrived as we had some difficulty with the lock getting in but once we figured it out, it was fine. We received clear instructions on exiting the property. My biggest concern is dealing with VRBO and VR Host-- please be careful when you sign up for the property as the pricing breakdown changes with each communication and the extra fees never clearly align with what is quoted for VRBO and VRBO Host. I tried to call to get support and an explanation for the difference in all the fees and I was never able to reach anyone who could really help me or answer my questions. The host and home are great, but the rental company and the extra fees really boost what you pay for and it is not clear.

Great stay for three couples. Close to town. Hot tub was warm, heat/AC worked well. Great communication with host. Lots of space for cooking. Safe neighborhood. Shower pressure isn’t great but the beds are.

We stayed at this VRBO and used it as a home plate for our visit to Napa. Excellent location and a great place for 3 couples to socialize and visit local wineries. Hot tub was nice and kitchen fit our needs to a T! Highly recommended.

Once we got to the property our group of 5 (2 couples, 1 single) found we had plenty of room for privacy and to move around in the common areas. The property was very clean and the kitchen was modern and had items we needed for preparing a meal. Using the fireplace was forbidden. Disappointing but we understood why. The yard looked more bare than the photos but the hot tub worked and that was relaxing. The property is an easy drive to and from wineries and restaurants. We found it to be a convenient location. One suggestion, get a brighter bulb by the front door. It's hard to see the step at night.

The home was very nice and clean. Only 2 things to improve.. 1.The liner shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced. 2 The controller for the living room fan didn't work. It was a great location and a very comfortable home. Hot Tub instructions/directions need to be clearer.

This is a great find! Cute house centrally located to everything that we wanted go to. Very clean and comfortable. Contact with management could have been a lot better as the hottub did not work for a while and then we were locked out on our last night as they changed the code on us. We were able to get back in but it took a few hoops.

I wish we would have been able to use the hot tub, which looked wonderful, but we didn't have the time to work that in this trip. We are keeping this one on the list for our visit in the future.

Lovely property, comfortable and well appointed with thoughtful amenities, perfect for our short stay in Napa. Convenient, quiet location close to shops and restaurants. Air conditioning and laundry facilities were appreciated. Check-in and out was easy, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. House was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion to the property owners is to put up better curtains in the two bedrooms facing east. The light comes up pretty early and the sheer curtains isn't enough to block the light. Besides that the house is great and location is perfect.
