A renovated six-bedroom beach house in Corolla's Whalehead Beach, built for big groups — a three-minute walk to the community beach walkway, with a private pool, a hot tub, and a game room of its own.

Harmankaya spreads across three levels of living and decks. It sleeps up to 20 across six bedrooms, including three king master suites with private en-suites. The top deck catches ocean views, the backyard is a pool-and-hot-tub oasis with seating and toys, and the lower-level recroom keeps teens and adults busy with a pool/ping-pong combo, a wet bar, and a big-screen TV.

The private pool can be heated for $800/week — request at least 3 days before arrival.

Parking: tuck-under driveway fits about 6 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted per community rules.

Check-in 4–7 PM, check-out 10 AM (late checkout $500/hour unless approved). Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.

No smoking indoors. No parties or events without prior approval. Signed rental agreement required.
