The Harlow House is a the perfect Desert Escape, located in the quiet Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood. Thoughtfully renovated, this Mid-Century home features a Boho-Chic meets Moroccan flair that is truly fabulous. With 2,500 square feet of indoor living space, Harlow House offers three bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms; providing abundant space for all guests to enjoy time both together and on their own.

Upon entering through the homes signature pink double doors, sleek custom Italian tile floors invite you in! A small step down into the Living Room leads to the Dining Room, with dual sliding doors framing the stunning Western views of the pool, perfectly landscaped yard and rugged mountains just beyond!

The Living Room features comfortable, modern furniture; gas fireplace and 55” Smart TV, making this the ideal setting for quiet conversation, family movie night or simply relaxing by the fire.

Recently updated with new appliances and Quartz Countertops, the Kitchen features all amenities necessary for dining in and entertaining! The Breakfast bar is perfect for a casual bite or conversing during meal preparation. Once it is time to dine, guests can choose inside at the Farmhouse style table, or alfresco style, poolside.

The Master Suite it located on the South end of the home, featuring a King sized bed, gas fireplace, 50” Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, separate water closet and oversized tile and glass shower with dual shower heads and the most stunning views of the pool and mountains. The Master Suite also offers direct pool access.

The two additional guest quarters are located on the North end of the home and each feature en- suite baths. The First Guest Bedroom offers a King sized bed, direct pool access and bath with single vanity and Roman style tub. The Second Guest Bedroom offers dual Twin Sized beds, and bath with dual vanities, cast iron tub and separate tile and glass shower.

The Palm Springs notion of indoor/outdoor living has not been lost at Harlow House, with the pool patio providing chaise lounges, free-standing umbrellas, hammock, outdoor dining and abundant green space for lawn games and relaxing - all framed by the stunning San Jacinto Mountains just to the West.

Conveniently located, Harlow House is within walking distance to many South Palm Springs attractions; including Restaurants, Bars and Coffee shops, while being just a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs and all that it has to offer ... that is, if you can convince yourself to leave!

-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

    This property hit the boxes - all of them. 4 ladies from all over coming together to lounge, chat and eat/drink. The house was perfect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. Location was walkable to coffee and Uber’d into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

    Girls weekend was amazing in this beautiful home. Each room had its own bathroom which made everything much easier. We loved the decor and the beautiful backyard with the Mountain View’s. The house came fully equipped with everything we needed and we all enjoyed staying here. Thank you!

    Two couples shared this three bedroom house in Palm Springs. Layout was great with three large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Master bedroom was on one end and two guest bedrooms on other. Third bedroom has two beds and would be great for families with kids. Kitchen was well furnished. Nice central living/dining area. Outside pool area was very nice and clean. Pretty yard with fruit trees and view of mountains. Laundry was separate from main house with its own entry. Location is great with easy access to downtown. We all really enjoyed our one week stay at the Harlow House.

    This is a beautiful open concept home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! Great outdoor space and pool area. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it! We are planning to come back.
