Very cozy comfortable and lived in. Did not feel like i had to worry my kids might make a mess. They even had a table and chairs to use in the living room for the kids to craft or play games. We loved it and plan on coming back to this house again. Lots of room inside and out to spread out for our family.

Great location near downtown. A lot of stuff to do for the family. Plenty of space in the house and outside. We had a very pleasant stay!

My wife and I enjoyed a few days at this classic house. We enjoyed waking the town and the views from the top of the bluff over the water. Downtown in close with some fun shops and good coffee.

Plenty of space for our group of four for a weekend. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to town. Appears to be pre-peak season ready. Porch and yard wasn’t cleaned up or ready from the winter months. The house is charming, rustic 1900s, farm style. Kitchen could have been better updated (toaster oven didn’t work) etc.

Came into town for our granddaughters soft ball game! The place was wonderful! Historic charm right in town, convenient to everything! Very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was perfect, and very accommodating for us and our dog. A laid back and relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming spacious farmhouse. Very friendly, communicative host who was willing to be flexible on our check-in days. Fantastic location in H.S. Close to skiing, golf, downtown, etc.

We love harbor springs and enjoyed a couple nights in this comfortable place. It was close to everything we like to do like shopping in Harbor Springs, skiiing at Nubs Nob and swimming at the local pool.Well maintained, including snow removal on this difficult winter.Excellent communication on very short notice.Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay and the house was pet friendly! Very much appreciated. Nice walk into town and close to Nubs Nob for skiing.

Perfect location, close to town, Petoskey and Pellston. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked, very neat and clean.

The house is located a short walk to Main Street in Harbor Springs. Location was great. House is older, but was set up to easily accommodate our two families who stayed the weekend for a sporting tournament. We did alert the owner to a couple of things that needed attention regarding cleanliness that I’m hoping will be attended to. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Convenient for ski weekend with college age kids, great location.

Very comfortable place to stay in Harbor Springs. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Appreciate that the house is dog friendly.

The stay was nice. The location was perfect. It was quiet and you can walk to downtown. The beds were very firm but that could be good or bad depending on your preference.

We planned a stay here, close to the Highlands for a ski trip!

Lovely older home near lots of trees. In a great location. Was very clean and true too description on listing. Would suggest they have firewood for the wood burning stove they describe in the property description. The only issue we had was with the 1st floor bathroom shower and some squirrels who might of gotten in to some walls. But it is an older home so not 100% from where the noise came from.

Place was a great value. It was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. It has all the necessary amenities and the charm of a quaint cottage. If you are looking for lots of TVs and modern upgrades you may want to look elsewhere, but the location and property are perfect for getting to all the local attractions. Check-in Check-out was seamless.

This is our second stay here and we will be back. The area is historic and sweet and the homes location is central to most things in the area. The house is rustic, lived in and charming. There is plenty of room for the whole family including your pets. The not shiny new and perfect makes you feel like you are visiting your hrandma.perfect
