'Harbor Haven' w/ Dock: Lake Livingston Home

Lovely location. Weather was great and we caught some fish. Very peaceful. Dishwasher is broken and dryer is not fully operational. Back door to deck sticks and there is a sharp piece near lock which everyone cut themselves on when trying to open the door.

Location was great. The home was comfortable.

The house is in good location for fishing. The house was decorated well and had everything we needed including coffee! The dock was the best part of the trip. Two of the swings were great. One needs some maintenance. I couldn't get the outside kitchen to work which was definitely a bummer. But over all it was a good trip.

The inside of the house was spotless.The grass was way too long. We had a great time Fishing.

Beautiful weather and lake time. House was on point and had everything we needed.

The boat dock was perfect. We were able to bring our boat and park it at the dock which made easy access to the lake. The paddle boards were not available as advertised. The kitchen is adequately stocked.

Great location, beautiful home and property with plenty of room for the whole family. Everything you could want is on this property. Right on the lake, easy access to fishing and boating. Location is close to it all, but just out of the hussle bustle of town. Loved it. Will book here again for sure.

My family and I booked this beautiful home last year and November 2023. Our book date or schedule date was memorial day weekend 2024. We had the best time. Played games that the owner provided and set out on the upstairs deck the first night and laughed and laughed and laughed. The owner left kayaks and stand-up boards, even Matt for the bottom of the dock for the kids to play off of, but also provided lifejackets for the kids and adults. We grilled down on the outdoor kitchen and it was so convenient and easy and we just had a fantastic time. Backtrack a little bit and let me tell you about the dock. So beautiful down there with a hammock, bar, height, table, and chairs, swings, and I mean, a double swing and two single swings all swinging together. There was a swing at that end of the dock… And let me tell you what goes up must come down… Lol overall it was a fantastic time with the family. We were in jet skis right up the street neighboring person. Let us use their cart for the weekend. This is a well needed break For all of my family and I hope to do it again. I highly recommend renting this house.

The triple bunk room is smaller than an average restroom with no room air other than a small fan about 10 inches wide. If you're thick - forget getting on them. The outdoor kitchen was very dirty. No power several times due to weather and it would have been nice to not deal with the maggots and flies. It doesn't appear they clean the outdoor kitchen area.
