Stayed Sep 21, 2023The house is huge and could be absolutely stunning. But it was not as clean as it could be with sand on floors, cobwebs, and rusty pots and pans, broken garage door button, rain leaks in bad in downstairs not much to see water wise. But easy access and check in, nice quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Aug 25, 2023The property was clean and spacious. Nice paintings in the house and good, clean bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive to all questions we had. There was a bit of a confusion about access to the backyard as there is a common gate shared by the neighboring house. Also there is no fence / wall separating the access to the backwater beach between this house and the neighbors. Not a big issue but still we were a bit uncomfortable. Overall a nice property, just about 100 meters walking distance away from the actual beach across the road.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023We were looking for a VA Beach area rental for an unplanned long weekend with family that allowed pets. The property was accurately listed and comfortably accommodated all of us, very spacious and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the private small beach, it’s on the bay side so no big waves and perfect for the dog and paddle boarding. Great communication with property manager. Had a great weekend!

Stayed Jul 28, 2023The house was easy to get into. I have handicap issues and there was a nice ramp in the back and a bedroom on main level. Rooms were clean and spacious. House was close to lVa beach as well. Me and my siblings had a great time seeing each other forbthe 1st time in 2 years. Cooking meals and playing games and chatting. Would stay again. A couple small issues but inreplied to owner and im sure they will handle it.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Very spacious. Plenty of room for the family. Convenient location - not too far from Busch Gardens and plenty of activities surrounding it. Enjoyed catching some croaker with the kids in the back yard.
