After staying 2 years ago as a family there was no doubt we wanted to return to this same property…Kirsty has clearly done a lot since we stayed last to make it even nicer and more comfortable. Appreciated big soft towels, most comfortable mattress & sofas ever…perfect location for the beach, really well stocked in kitchen, tranquil neighbourhood, we just didn’t want to leave (again!). We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Retreat. A lovely home in a great IRB neighborhood. The immediate neighborhood was very peaceful. Just a few blocks walk to one of most beautiful gulf beaches, and an even shorter walk to the inter-coastal with easy access for putting in a kayak (supplied with rental) or SUP Board. Kristy, the owner and host, was very responsive to any needs that came up and was very clear on check-in procedure. It all went very smoothly. Lots of charming restaurants and cafe's within walking distance, and even more to choose from with a short drive. Turkish Flame was one of out favorites. A wonderful stay in IRB! We would definitely book this property again.

The property was updated and clean in an area that we are very familiar with. We are very pleased with the host and the property.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed for a week with my parents and had a great time. The house was a great size for us and we loved the location being able to walk to the beach. Kristy was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Walking distance away from alot of great places. Less crowds then downtown clearwater but still with the amazing beach and clear waters. If take a trip to Botanical Gardens check out the Heritage Village nearby alot of great history. Kristy is an awesome host very quick to respond and will accommodate you on anything you may need, will definitely stay again.

Plenty of beach toys and matchbox cars for our 5 year old. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable rooms.

Nicely laid out home in a quieter area away from Gulf Blvd. The beach is 3 blocks away and it is a pleasant walk. I even enjoyed having coffee each morning in the backyard and listening to the birds.

A cute beach house just a 10 minute walk away from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. Beds were for the most part comfortable. The mattress on the bottom bunkbed was harder and moved off the bed somewhat. The shed contained every beach item you could imagine! You don’t need to bring anything of your own. Nice and bright 3rd bedroom/office to work in. The bonus was my grandson found the hot wheels and Paw Patrol toys, and was thrilled! We would most definitely stay there again.

This house was so charming. We didn't need a lot of room but enough for all of us to gather and make meals together. It was affordable and comfortable. We enjoyed the quick walk down to the beach with the provided wagon, chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. We loved being so close to other beaches as well but grateful to have a short drive back to a quiet town and neighborhood after a day in Clearwater Beach.
