Happy Ours! Newly Renovated - Private Heated Pool, Screened in Lanai

We had a great week staying here while our son was at IMG academy. Great location that is centrally located to the beaches, great restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. The house is very cute, comfortable, clean, well taken care of and much thought has been given to all of the potential needs anyone would need and want while staying there on vacation.

Our stay was wonderful! The kids loved having their own pool, and I loved the fact that a pack-and-play and high chair was available so I didn’t have to pack them!

The location was perfect. Quick to shopping, golf courses, and downtown Bradenton and Sarasota. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with nice dishes, pans, patio ware, and glasses. The layout was nice and we enjoyed the patio and pool and loungers. Pickleball courts were an added surprise. The most significant improvement needs is firmer mattresses and measuring cups. Alex was very responsive to communication.

The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet! The check in process was smooth and any questions were answered quickly. The house was very roomy, clean and well maintained. We didn't get to use the pool but it was clean. Would stay again!!

Nice area and neighborhood. House was nice and the management people were very nice. Just wish they had fixed the plumbing and refrigerator issues before we arrived since they knew about the problems for a while. Overall, it was a good vacation.

This was a great location, close to family in Sarasota. The house had its quirks (shower rod that wouldn’t stay up, missing toilet paper holder, etc). Our 14 month old loved the pool and how close we were to the park. We probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again; but it served its purpose. 8/10.

The property is more than enough for four adults and two children. It has a very beautiful and cozy setup. It’s about 30 minutes from the beaches and only 5 minutes from Publix if you need to run out for anything.

Our trip started with the hurricane but that didn’t stop us from enjoying every minute of our vacation! The house was amazing and had everything we needed!!! The pool was amazing and the back yard was absolutely beautiful ❤️ Loved that they leave the garage door openers, so convenient! Communication was fast and great. Will ? book again!!!

This property was perfect for our needs while we were visiting family in the area. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was clean and spacious. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a community pool and playground. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. Beaches are about 30 mins away. The kids loved the pool. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were there to use for a day trip to the beach. The check in process was easy and management was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such an amazing home with everything you need. The neighborhood is very nice and the neighbors were very friendly. There was so much included. There was a key pass for a playground, tennis courts and community pool. We have family in Sarasota and love siesta key and this was in a reasonable distance for everything. We would definitely like to book again

If you want to be away from it all and in a quiet area. This is the spot. We enjoyed the home. It was just what we needed.
