The Happy House full of colours and sunshine is waiting for you and your loved ones. It is big enough for you all to sleep comfortably in your own private bedrooms. Though on a quiet street in the coolest neighbourhood in downtown Kingston you will be within walking distance to Market Square, the Wolfe Island ferry, the Slush Puppie Place, Confederation Park, Hotel Dieu and the Broom Factory as well as all of the restaurants, cafés, bars and shops that historic downtown Kingston hasto offer.

Perfectly set up for bringing families and friends together the Happy House’s rooms are bright and colourful, featuring 3 private bedrooms on the top floor and one large private master bedroom on the ground floor. It offers a large, bright dining room to share meals together with your whole group at the big dining table. Happy House has a bathroom on each level for everyone’s comfort.

You will have the whole home to yourself, complete with 4 private bedrooms, a living room, large dining room, eat-in-kitchen, backyard and 50+ foot long private driveway.

Our Cheerful Downtown home is located within the Inner Harbour of Kingston, a super cool, quaint and quiet neighbourhood of families and locals nestled between the downtown core and the Cataraqui river waterfront. Everything the city has to offer is a short walk away.

Our little neighbourhood is up and coming with a gourmet pizza restaurant and a lovely coffee shop both within a 2 minute walk. You can take a stroll on the neighbourhood streets and be on the waterfront in 7 minutes and right in the downtown core in fifteen. If you want to go further afield Kingston transit stops are nearby, or you will have your car in your free parking spot of which you have room for two!

The happy driveway is for your exclusive use. It is over 50 feet long, so if you are gathering here, it can fit 3 of your cars, or if it is just your family, bring your trailer, bring your boat! Message us for length and width details.
