Spend many happy hours here at Seaside Villas, directly across from the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Located just south of Daytona Beach and an hour east of Orlando, New Smyrna Beach is a favorite of Central Florida locals. This property is adjacent to Happy Hours II, property ID 2218674. Rent one or rent both for a total of 4 bedrooms in two condos.

This well-stocked condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating in the living room, and one bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom on the first floor. There is a second bedroom, a full bathroom, and a loft with a fold-out futon and a washer and dryer on the second floor.

Seaside Villas is a small complex with just 14 units. This end unit has its own screened lanai overlooking the pool and a private patio on the west side for you to enjoy sunset views. The main entrance can be accessed from the parking lot off Oyster Quay and through our private patio with outdoor seating. The open living space includes an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a cozy banquette, and a comfortable living room.

This is our family vacation home that we rent out when we are not able to enjoy it. I'm just a short distance away and can be reached by phone or text. Self-check-in by secure keypad.

The beach access is just a few minutes walk across the street. Beach carts, coolers, beach chairs, toys and an umbrella are provided for your use. Take a ride on the nearby bike trail on Saxon Ave. up to Publix, or explore the wooded trail along Saxon Ave. up to Indian River Lagoon Park for fishing or birdwatching. A plaza with a grocery store, breakfast restaurant, Italian restaurant, liquor store and beach shop is just a few blocks walk away.

Seaside Villas is located just west of Atlantic Avenue approximately two miles from the Flagler Avenue entertainment and shopping district. After crossing the south bridge onto the peninusula, you will pass several restaurants, a grocery store and shops. The no-drive part of the beach starts at 27th Avenue and southward to the Cape Canaveral Seashore. Our townhouse is .8 mile south of the 27th Avenue beach access, just across from the beach access at Oyster Quay. Although it is a public beach access, it's in a quiet section of the beach away from the crowds. Our unit has one designated parking spot.

    Wonderful, cozy property with great location within walking distance to beach. Close proximity to pool with screened in lanai for relaxing. The unit is well stocked with beach chairs, boards and activities. Indoor games for family fun provided as well. We hope to return next year. Owner Val is very responsive and checked in to ensure our comfort and check on needs. Thank you!

    We recently stayed for a week long at happy hours, seaside Villas. The location is perfect- literally across the street from the beach. I loved this because if you stay on the actual beach front it can be super windy, this cute little villa is set back enough that you are protected by the wind and cooler ocean breeze. The villa it self is very cozy and cute with a nice layout. It is a bit outdated and could use a deep clean in some areas, like the patio . Also would be nice to have outside items- bikes, beach accessories stored inside or in some kind of enclosure. They take a beating from all that fresh salt air. With that said I’m certain it is difficult to keep the property and items in ideal shape with numerous renters. The host , Val was a phenomenal host! We had a problem with one of the bikes and he was very attentive to helping us get it repaired. I loved that there was a ton of closet space to unpack our suitcases. Lots of games , books, beach items, towels, etc. Overall I would rent this villa again! Thank you Val!!

    It was so great! It felt like we had our own pool the whole time we were there. Very clean. Great layout. The use of space in this place is well thought out!! It was nice and dark at night unlike a lot of other places I have stayed. Beach is super clean and just a short walk. Val was great! Would stay again! Highly recommend!!

    We loved the location. Very short walk to the beach. We liked that it was on the non-driving part of the beach. The condo had everything we needed to make our trip to the beach easy and convenient. Val was great and very quick to respond.

    This was the perfect place for our family get away. There was enough room for everyone. We enjoyed using the bikes to go to the store, beach, and to just ride around. Would definitely book again!
