It is a perfect set up, suitable for a family or two, couples, golfers, fishing trips, girls weekends away or a small group. It also features a newly installed outdoor heated spa!!

Walk to the beach or jump in the car and visit one of the many attractions on the Mornington Peninsula, with local wineries and only a 10 minute drive to the Peninsular Hot Springs, you can enjoy your holiday all year round.

LIVING:
Elevated open plan living with beautiful polished timber floors, ample seating, split system A/C and Heating, Gas Log Fireplace, 55” Flat Screen Smart LED TV, Bluetooth Sound Bar and DVD/Play Station, unlimited use of utilities including WIFI, large selection of DVDs and Games for all ages and free onsite parking.
The home's open-living spaces make it a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. The living area provides warmth by soaking up natural light with views around the deck & garden. Large glass doors provide direct access to an elevated sundeck to take in the afternoon sun.

KITCHEN:
Modern, spacious fully equipped kitchen; featuring beautiful timber bench tops and stainless steel appliances, 8 seater dining table and breakfast bar. Appliances include a gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as all cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, pots & pans and trays for all your cooking needs.
Complimentary: Condiments such as Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt & Pepper as well as aluminium foil, glad wrap, tea towels, paper towels and cleaning products. High Chair is available (free of charge by prior arrangement).

BEDROOMS:
Sleep Max 7 Guests.
Bedrooms include Bed Linen (pillows with pillow covers, doonas with doona covers, mattress protectors and sheets). Bath Towels, hand towels and face washers, as well as blankets, and hand / body wash products are also provided for your comfort. Please bring your own beach towels.
There are three large bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and a third with a double/single bunk bed. All bedrooms have large double build-in-robes, and side tables with night lamps. The main bedroom features an ensuite complete with a large walk in shower, toilet, and vanity.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed, modern ensuite with walk in shower, toilet, vanity, double-built-in robes, side table with night lamp and portable fan.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed, double built-in-robes, mirror, side tables with night lamps and portable fan.
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double/Single Bunk Bed, double built-in-robe, and side table with night lamp.
Portable Cot is available (free of charge by prior arrangement). Bottom sheet is provided however please bring your own baby blankets.

BATHROOMS:
There are two bathrooms; The ensuite includes a large shower, vanity and toilet. The main bathroom includes a double walk in shower and a double vanity including hair dryer. A second separate toilet is adjacent to the main bathroom. Toilet paper is provided for your convenience.

LAUNDRY:
The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a drying rack, as well as washing powder for your convenience. An outdoor clothesline is also provided.

OUTSIDE & SURROUNDS:
This cute beach-style home is only a short stroll to the beach and shops. You won't need the car, so leave it parked in the driveway where there's room for three cars, a boat or Jet Ski. Privacy is assured as the home is located away from the main roads.
From the time you open the door with keyless entry via pin-code, you will never have to worry about lost keys, great for multiple guests who are able to come and go independently.
Relax with a drink and a BBQ in the rear yard after a day at the beach. The yard is enclosed to provide a fun, safe area for the kids to play. A recently installed outdoor heated spa at the rear of the property, seats 6 adults and will have you soaking the nights away under the stars.
Modern and clean, all your requirements are met in this fully self contained single storey holiday gem, which also includes an outdoor shower - perfect for hosing yourself off, after a day at the beach.
