Hamptons Oasis with Heated Pool

Check-in was seamless, accommodations were perfect for us - including the pool - which was heated so everybody made it in. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had only a few questions at the beginning and the hosts got right back to us. It was a great weekend!

My family had the most amazing time at Carl’s home in Hampton Bays. The highlight was the beautiful, heated pool—very private and incredibly relaxing. The electric pool cover was a great touch, keeping the water warm and clean throughout our stay.The house itself is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, well-maintained bathrooms. We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit and grilling on the high-quality BBQ. Everything about the experience was seamless and easy.The backyard is perfect, with plenty of shade from the electric awning and large umbrella, while still getting full sun throughout the day—an ideal setup.Carl was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to any questions. All in all, a wonderful stay—we will definitely be back. Thank you, Carl!

Close to beaches and great restaurants. Owner is fabulous. House is as good

The host was extremely communicative and gracious and overall great to work with. The house had everything we needed- pool, bonfire for s'mores, floats. The kids had a blast! Location is great and close to west Hampton beaches.

The stay was perfect! Any minor issue we had was remedied right away by Carl. He’s super responsive and was very nice to deal with. Highly recommend! My girls age 4 and 8 lovedddddd the pool and the room decorated for kids!

Completely blown away by how beautiful and clean this space was! Everything was so accessible and the property manager was so accommodating to my family and I’s needs and easy to contact. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for summer and indoor was great for relaxing after a day of sunshine. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do the house any justice. From the amenities to the linen and bedding to the gorgeous heated pool, this is far and above the most beautiful rental we’ve stayed in. The owner, Carl was so helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The only thing left to do is find an available weekend so we can plan our next trip.
