Stayed Jun 23, 2023House is comfortable. Comfortably sleeps four couples. The location is a 10-minute drive from Hampton Bays and convenient to other parts of the Hamptons.

Stayed May 27, 2023This property was perfect for the 8 of us! Everything inside was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The four rooms upstairs are spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen area is where we spent most of our time and it was perfect, never crowded! The host is so sweet and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Aug 21, 2022The house was very well equipped with kitchen items and beach items .The distances in the listing were not accurate . Southampton was at least 25 minutes which is where the shops are located . The closet beach was 15 minutes. The location of the house is nit great, on the outskirts of everything .
