It boasts 2 oversized bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), 2 newly renovated bathrooms with rain showers, a fully-stocked kitchen with brand new Kitchen Aid appliances (including gas stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer), a large open concept living and dining area, and best of all a spacious screened in porch!

Just 10 minutes from Old Town Bluffton, 15 minutes from Hilton Head Island, 30 minutes from Savannah, and smack in the middle of all of the Lowcountry’s premier golf courses, come live life the way it should be! Available for both short term and long term rentals.

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would! William and Emily are wonderful hosts. Their communication was excellent and very welcoming. The home is in immaculate condition and has everything and anything you may need. This is the 4th cottage at Hampton Hall that we’ve stayed in and it is by far the absolute best. Hands down. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, the beds are super comfortable, the fans are whisper quiet. The home cools down and warms up quickly, depending on your weather. Location is fantastic. Plenty of space in the kitchen, eating area and great room. Huge TV that everyone can see. Appliances are top of the line both the kitchen and laundry. We didn’t use the back screened in porch but it is lovely. Plenty of parking, easy access in and out of the house. Loved our stay!!!

    This cottage has it all! So accommodating and well appointed! Everyone enjoyed and felt comfortable & pampered! The check in process was easy & seamless. The owners attention to detail is amazing! Constant contact for anything that arose! I felt they were always going above & beyond's for all of us! The location is perfect & beyond 5Stars in every way! If you have the opportunity to rent a piece of comfort here , you will not regret it! My gratitude for everything!
