With spacious rooms and split-level layouts, this is the perfect spot for your next family vacation. Upstairs, you`ll find three bedrooms, a family bathroom, and an en-suite off the master bedroom. The lower level offers an additional two connected bedrooms, making it the ideal spot for teens or a bigger family.
Double glazed windows and good insulation keep the home warm in the winter,and a large wood burner and heat transfer system add to the cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy a summer BBQ in the private outdoor dining area.
Conveniently located just a short drive away from the Two Mile Bay boat ramp, you can easily access the lake for a day of fun on the water. Plus, tucked away parking for a boat is available.

The surrounding bush-clad laneways make for a peaceful and scenic off-street walk to the Botanical Gardens or lakefront. Stock up on groceries at the nearby Woolworths supermarket or head to The Landing for some family-friendly activities.

Please note that this home is split over three levels, with steep stairs leading to the lower level. While this adds to the unique charm of the home, it may not be suitable for small children or those with mobility restrictions. Caution advised.

There is no access onto the top level balcony.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

    The home was a great size, worked out ideal for us.The only improvement would be the bbq wasn’t great but workable.

    Nice stay, the fire kept the living / dining / kitchen area very warm and toasty as required. Make sure to check inside the pantry for the oven power switch. We turned off the transfer fan while there as this was making slight Smokey smell throughout the bed areas. Overall a great stay can recommend!!!
