Enjoy a private yard with decked patio and BBQ. 1 non-shedding dog allowed, 50lbs or less.
We provide all linens and essentials including a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The yard is lovely and spacious.
We provide a pack and play portable crib and high chair for infants and small children.
Guests understand air mattresses and sofa sleeping are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets are not provided.
This property may or may not have security cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).

    Cottage was adorable and well stocked. Host thought of everything. It was very clean and perfect when we got there. It is decorated so well and the beds are very comfortable. We felt like we were in a secluded tropical getaway. There are frogs that croak at night that give you ax exotic feel. We didn’t hear the traffic noise for the highway near the cottage. We walked into Montecito and walked on the beach. Beach is very close. Shops are a few blocks. We would definitely stay here again and we are really picky about our accommodations. Great communications from the host. All in all an awesome experience.

    So lovely. Yard was beautiful. Right next to a gorgeous resort and beautiful trail to the beach. Short walk to the beach if you don’t want to take a trail. Close to downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful spot!

    First, this is just as advertised—beautiful place. A couple of things that aren’t really mentioned in the description are that the property is so private. Once you get in through the front gate, you really don’t see much at all of neighbors and it has a very private vibe. The beach really is just at the end of the block. Great beach—not super crowded, but popular and beautiful. The neighborhood is also just beautiful and friendly.

    This was our second time staying at the property and it was even better than the first. The place has a great vibe. Very clean and cosy. Walking distance to the beach.We will be coming back!

    Very quaint and private, cottage is surrounded by oaks and a fence/hedge blocking the street. Interior was perfectly clean, new fresh towels and linens. King mattresses were too firm but the pillows were wonderfully soft, and there were firmer pillows available. Bathroom is tiny, not enough counter space, but it is fresh, new and shower tile appears brand new. There was some rattling of the bedroom windows in the middle of the night, had to use my earplugs when it woke me up. Very natural setting, and there are a lot of dropped leaves but not a problem at all to us. There is some home construction in the neighborhood and someone, probably construction worker, left their bag of trash on top of this property’s trash cans, which were out when we arrived and remained out.Sunroom is very hot, but the house was cool and comfortable, and there is a space air conditioner available but we didn’t need it.Small detail: Address is very very difficult to find, painting it white would help.Neighborhood is very upscale, but is near the freeway and train tracks. We did not hear freeway noise inside, and the sound of the very infrequent trains was actually nice. There were no trains at night while sleeping. We walked to the beautiful Rosewood miramar resort for a beachfront meal and drinks. Location is very convenient for driving to Montecito shops and Santa Barbara.

    It was a little hidden gem and great place to getaway and relax. I could hear the waves in the distance, walk to the beach and walk to Montecito for my morning coffee and breakfast. Would stay again. Very cute cottage.
