Stayed Jun 26, 2026The house is beautiful! Very clean and the boat was very quick to respond. The neighborhood was very quiet aside from the train coming through during the night. The bunk bed mattress was very soft as well as the back bedroom, the bedroom closest to the livingroom has a firm mattress. All in all a very cozy, beautiful well equipped home.

Stayed May 18, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. This is the first time we stayed in Hammond, LA. We were very comfortable in the home. Communications with the host were excellent. It was nice to go out for graduation at the Southeastern University. It was a very friendly atmosphere. There's stores and the mall near. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay/s. Stayed Mar 12, 2026The cleanliness was extremely lacking when we arrived. We messaged the host and after no response within an acceptable amount of time we messaged VRBO. The host drove in to clean it herself but that put us out of place until after 7 pm. She did rectify the situation but it was a huge inconvenience. It is also not noted on the listing that there is another rental attached to this one and the other listing shares a driveway and they have to walk in front and around the side of the house to access it in the backyard. Thankfully, no one was there at the time but it would have been upsetting if there had been since that wasn’t disclosed prior.
