Stayed Dec 21, 2025Woke up to coffee on the lanai that was gorgeous and private. Walked a short 10 minutes to the beach and could sometimes hear the ocean when the winds were from the west. Had fish everyday and the kitchen was set up wonderfully. We enjoyed going to Detwiler's and Cut Fish and just staying in at the house and the pool. The pool was phenomenal. I think we had the kids and ourselves in it for 6 hours a day. What a wonderful place. TMI was there for whatever we needed and responded really quickly! A+ for a vacation.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025It does not have a beach view but it’s very close to the beach. It’s a nice clean place. We rented a golf cart to make the trip through the neighborhood over the bridge to the beach enjoyable.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We rented the home for 2 weeks! Our family loved the pool and the porch area! The house fit our family of six well. The kitchen was stocked well either all the things you would need and there was plant of beach towels and beach chairs! It was in a nice location we were 5-45 min away from all different beaches and the kids found a lot of sharks teeth! If I had any negatives it would be that the house was not very clean when we arrived. I spent a good 20-30 min of doing some one my own clean up, and a lot the of cups and cook ware we went to use had to be re cleaned as it was also still dirty. I would recommend this home to anyone that is looking to a central location to beaches and just wants to kick back and relax in a quiet area!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Although the weather doesn’t have anything to do with the property, it was fantastic and allowed us to use the magnificent heated pool. The house was spacious and everything you could need was there, plenty of beach towels, nice beach chairs and a super well equipped kitchen. And close proximity to Manasota Key beach. Very convenient area to stores and restaurants. We were there the whole month of February. We especially liked the wraparound porch and the very quiet secluded area.
